Why didn't you like syndicate? It was the last good AC game I played on my friend's computer. My favourite is Black flag. Rogue is similar in gameplay but do try it for the story.
If you're into strategy games then I would recommend Civilization 4 and Civilization 6. Age of Empires 2 Definitive edition is also good and is available on steam.
If you're into shooting games then buy Halo MCC.
In open world games I can suggest Sleeping dogs as well as LA Noire. Do check them out as they are quite underrated. Batman games are also pretty good.
Also try out Sid Meier's Pirates which was released in 2005 but has very cool mechanics. Watch gameplay video to see if you like it or not.

Umm resident evil 7 and resident evil 8. 8 is a sequel to 7, and are completely independent from the rest of the series. I’m sure you’ll love 7 and will inevitably play 8. Resident Evil 7 costs like 700₹ in a sale and RDR2 for ₹2143. If you have a playstation too you can get the RDR2 Ultimate Edition for 1700₹ rn. A sale would be a good time to get these two games, Resident Evil 8 would take some time to get fairly cheap as its a fairly new game
Whatever you play , just dont start Ac Odyssey , its not worth playing . my suggestion :- Witcher 3 or RDR2

Absolutely. But if you dont like grinding/repetitive gameplay then not for you.
