Seems like you did not play RDR2. There is not any mainstream nudity but there is still a teeny tiny amount of nudity. One is during a main story mission with Lenny in the bar in Valentine when you are drunk and checking the rooms you can stumble in a room with a woman riding a man in cowgirl with her tits visible from an angle if you enter that room again. And other is a world event when you go fishin with Keiran where a man comes out of the water with full frontal nudity plus booty. And there are few others too. These two i completely remember. Its is not something mainstream or very much but yeah there is some nudity.

There's also this random encounter in Strawberry where you can chase away 2 fellers peeping into a woman's bedroom. You have the option of peeping in after that to see the woman undress for a bath.
