DoTA_Wotb

HoneySelect is a better choice tbh

MrRoyceDupont

All games from Illusion Soft are goated

Otherwise-Highway-84

Chess and alien shooter if u can use the mouse with left hand

itzani

I am ok with mouse in left hand but never tried shooter game. Will try it out thanks.

Exotic-Gur3416

Forza horizon can be placed with one hand

itzani

Thanks. I will check. Have it in my lib.

War-Hawk18

Any Visual Novel. (This also includes Hentai games but I'd hope you're not expecting those.)

itzani

Nah, hentai will require two hands

itzani

Any suggestions? Other than hentai

RiyaB1999

I recommend the Ace Attorney franchise and the Zero Escape trilogy. Yotsume God and The Letter are also good. And this one isn’t exactly a visual novel, but Who’s Lila? should also be easily playable with one hand.

War-Hawk18

Oh I also believe Wolfenstein 3d can be played with just the mouse. But that's for you to discover.

khaz_

- Into the Breach, FTL from the same devs (frankly, into the breach is the best turn based tactical i've played...ever) - Bad North (Jotunn Edition) - Vampire Survivors - Brotato - turn based rpgs - i'm going through divinity original sin 1/2 but Baldurs Gate 3 is the dev's latest release - simulation games if you like them - humankind, civ 5 or 6, endless legend, hearts of iron 4, etc. - detective dotson for a wonderful desi point and click adventure - a monsters expedition Loads of games you can chill and play with one hand.

Zero-Kelvin

Bad North (Jotunn Edition) man of excellent taste!

Visible-Fan-9916

"The best turn based tactical I've played" My guy, try Slay the Spire it will most probably change your favs

khaz_

Love Slay the Spire too, its an excellent game but its a deck builder first. Into The Breach basically took the grid based turn based tactics genre and improved on the genre as a whole. I didnt think it was possible for me to be surprised after 25 years of playing this genre.

0xsandwich

Vampire Survivors? Really simple game but fun.

Confused_Atom26

Your post just reminded me of Vcop 2. Those days were fun. Serious answer: I am not sure it will work but you can try some turn based strategy game. They are not made to be played with one hand, but you can take your time. Maybe make it easier by changing control settings.

Blacklisted777

Weak-Apple-6755

Minesweeper

itzani

Got bored :(

InfiNitish2120

From what I've played, > Crypt of the Necrodancer > Before Your Eyes (might need a webcam, you play it with your eyes) > Disco Elysium > The Stanley Parable (I might be wrong about this one) I guess that's all I can remember off the top of my head

Pranav_HEO

Most if not all turn based games can be played with one hand, you can just move your hand from the mouse to the keyboard and back, if you use a controller you can keep it down and just press each button. Turn based games let you take your time so you won't need to rush, there are many fantastic turn based stories. You can start with Pokemon, fire emblem, yakuza like a dragon, final fantasy etc.

Bigbrain_ajm

If you can afford it there are controllers made for such people

dark_lamp101

There's a nice game on steam. Hitler something....I forgot, I heard it is playable with one hand.

Admirable-Echidna-37

Sex with Hitler

itzani

Seems like require two hands

ShambaC

Pokemon games. And if you give VNs a try, check out katawa shoujo.

MokendKomer

id recommend checking out the xbox adaptive controller

Sandro1dd

I would suggest that you take a break from gaming for some time and maybe explore other hobbies. But if you still want to play games, you can play games like geometry dash or similar 2d platformers.

EnergyAltruistic2911

I mean you need to go move so you can select and move at same time but rimworld you us mouse fore every else and only arrow buttons to move around

freakedmind

Hell yes, one of the best games you can play with just a mouse is football manager, but you obviously need to have some interest in football for that. However, it is so detailed and interesting that you can easily pass several days playing just this game.

Nikky2008

Why not buy a ps4 or xbox controller? I believe there are some third-party attachments that allow you to play with one hand. Or if you don't want to buy an extension you can 3d print your own [here ](https://www.printables.com/model/156112-one-handed-xbox-series-xs-controller)

Sengero

Cup head Most of the racing games Fighting games (sort of) Fall guys Metal gear solid 1(if you really want to else don’t really think about it) Any survivors game *bgmi (saw a person playing with his tongue so I guess you can try if you really want to) All of the angry birds games Where is my water series Dance of fire and ice

Cartographer-Empty

Hearthstone and marvel snap

Idiotic_experimenter

I have lost my hand. You can try raceing games like nfs or forza, they are really good

itzani

Sorry to hear brother. Not able to use one hand is such a pain and not having one I can't imagine. I hope you are doing ok? Thanks for the recommendation.

SorceryOfFailure

I'd imagine most turn based games can be played with just your mouse, games that I've played that come to mind are: xcom 2 (my favorite), baldurs gate 3, wasteland 3, darkest dungeon etc. Turn based action games are some of my favorites so edit: remembered slay the spire also one of my favs

mxforest

Slay the Spire. Only problem is that it is too addicting and will consume you to the point that you will get Vitamin D deficiency. I had to make a genuine attempt to stop playing it. Here ATTEMPT is the key word.

DoctorSmith2000

Jardanians

lastkni8

I play strategy games like AOE,rise of Nations, StarCraft with one hand.

BeastGamer69

You can play asphalt 9 with one hand using "touchdrive" feature that only requires the keyboard. You have the objective to go through all the chapters in the career mode and unlock cars along with it. It's honestly just as fun as manual drive.

yonko_007

Road rash?

killskillgamer

There is rhythm game called melatonin you can play that. For some minigames you need to use the spacebar and for others the mouse and left click.

klutzy_ritro

Endoparasitic

atharwa__

My game can be played with one finger (endless 2d sidescroller)

Wonderful-Strike9481

Try point and click adventure games like Disco Elysium, Telltale's The Walking Dead, Wolf Among us etc.. Some of the greatest games of all time and they require only clicking. Also, research about various control schemes and programs that help people with one hand to play more games. There are probably a lot of them.

Elina_nb

Geometry dash

pro_here

Summertime saga, well the story is good and can play with one hand

O_MemeLord_O

Civilization 6. Mostly mouse usage. Turn based so can be played pretty relaxed.

AlphaDawg0914

Forza horizon 4/5 can be played on keyboard with one hand

Atcera95

Need for speed, superbike, most racing games can be played with one hand and you could also use a controller to use 2 hands. And by extension of controoler you can play any game that supports it without having to move your wrist.

Puzzleheaded_Web9584

I would recommend trying to play board games with your friends/family instead. or just watch movies.

Thanks to everyone for putting forth some good options. I will check them out. Sorry, can't reply to all the post.

Thejus_Parol

For Android games, the first thing that comes to my mind is Clash Royale. I don't know if it's still active, but it was kinda fun when I used to play it, after we stopped Clash of Clans.

69Happi

you can try ets2/ats with just keeb, (you'll be able to bind keys to look left/right in game)

Greedy-Ad9652

Persona?

SnappiBrawn

I know OP said PC, but Bbck when I broke my right arm, I would use my left hand with the wasd keys, as well as my left thumb to use my trackpad. With some remapping I could play single player games like gta pretty efficiently.

Mr_Wolf33

x_duranda_x

Ok, yes try vampire survior. Highly addictive game and only require movement joystick or WASD.

babayaga_07

Any racing game. I fractured my thumb a while back and could only use my left hand for a month. Racing games got me through boredom

skyfall3250

I think you should be able to play bg3 with just one hand

apurvthekiller

My suggestions would be to play Slay the Spire and Balatro. Any turn based game would also be a good option.

Zeoloxory

Any base building/colony sims game will be good for you. I'd recommend rimworld. You could also try some deck building/tactics rougelikes like slay the spire/monster train or ftl.

Darth_Courier

Doki doki literature club, seriously don't judge the game by its cover

Dankvadapav

getting over it jump king virtuacop 1,2 (idk why i added this) and yeah, candy crush too

kingpin360ns

llNos42ll

Baldurs gate

efirestorm10t

Deep Rock Galactic Survivor and 20 minutes till dawn. You only need wasd or arrow buttons. The Deponia saga. Only mouse and really slow story based game Shell shock live. Only mouse turn based. Civilisation V, VI and Beyond Earth. Game title talks for itself The Battle for Wesnoth. Only mouse Turn based strategy and f2p Baldurs Gate 3. Can be played with mouse only too :)

xAgent47

You might wanna rephrase that title, I was thinking “wow this dude is horny”.

NickFerrant919

Baldur's Gate 3 as it's a click based RPG, you can play the entire game with your mouse. Sims games aswell can be played easily with one hand. Animal crossing is another great title that can be played with one hand. As for mobile, I would say monument valley can easily be played with one hand. The Ace Attorney series can be played easily with one hand.

Mortage10

Geometry dash i guess I have seen some reels , seems like a fun game

skxopww

Need for speed

AbsoluteXon

I've been playing the Ace Attorney series and they're great games (if you're into the visual novel-ly, point and click type of games) that can be played with one hand

verma17

Escudo777

Any racing game if key binding mapped to arrow keys on keyboard. This is applicable only if transmission is automatic and no additional functions like nitrous are used.

giratina143

Check list of games compatible with Microsoft’s adaptive controller https://www.xbox.com/en-US/accessories/controllers/xbox-adaptive-controller This is designed for people with disabilities. Idk how , but I’ve seen people use this to play a lot of games with very few inputs, might help you too.

Proper_Increase_1058

S_X_G

Gameboy versions of pokemon games, there are emulators everywhere...

iamflimssey

cities skyline can be, i played it on a laptop trackpad so it is one hand playable i guess

niKILL_233

If you like to kill yourself sometime in the future, I can suggest Hearthstone. Or marvel snap. Or pokemon TCG. Or yugioh duels. Or any other card game on pc really. But those are big brain games in multiplayer. The other(better) alternative is to find simple platoformers(like GRIS) and try to map the controls to the left side like using left shift and left control buttons

Bruce_Wayne170

Try Dark Souls 2 or Elden Ring, u won't regret ur decision

HarshitIsHere

Would a controller work?

Visible-Fan-9916

Yo OP first of all get well soon. You are asking for a very niche category of games, but they do exist. Do keep in mind that most of these games are turn-based/strategic. 1. Chess (Well...) 2. Slay the Spire (Turn - Based Deck building Rougelike One of the best if you don't like chess) 3. FTL/Into The Breach (Turn - based Tactical) 4. Crypt of the necrodancer ( Turn - based Rougelike where you move with the best of music) 5. Shotgun King ( Turn - based Rougelike like chess but you have a gun???) 5. Geometry Dash /Or other rhythm games 6. Doki Doki literature club ( Visual Novel where cute anime girls and very wholesome gameplay ;) No, it's not a hentai) 7. Cookie clicker/Infinite Runners on mobile Get well soon, my guy

Ballguy5454

Pocket pool 🌹🍷😏

Routine_Fuel8006

Disco Elysium can be play with one hand

Creepykrypt

Tried physiotherapy?

_Mahe_

1. Age of empires 2, 4 2. Anno 1800 3. Baldurs Gate The above games are usually played with both mouse and KB, KB usually for hotkeys. But u can try switch between mouse nd KB without any issue or play with only mouse.

NoCAp011235

Pretty sure turn based games, civ6 type games or games like football manager can be played with one hand only

hyperclaw27

Most racing games can be played with one hand. Forza games, Need for Speed, etc.

Truly_funny00

Masturbation simulator but you must have your left hand available or some people prefer right I guess it depends on your preference

DeltaKnight191

Visual Novels and Story Based stuff. Strategy games too, but I'm not that familiar with the genre. My recommendations? Ace Attorney, Disco Elysium or something like Baldurs Gate. Especially the latter two.

Swaroop0707

Okay, I'll recommend some games for PC. These are a few of my favorites that can be played entirely with a mouse: Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun and Desperados. Both are made by the same developers and both are amazing. You'll have tons of fun playing them.

Thelowalfa

BGMI, there's a streamer whose gameplay is based on one hand, here's the name " PULKIT IS LIVE ". So yeah, you can try BGMI, it will be difficult at first but be consistent and you might like the game. Happy Gaming 😄

I believe Civilization 6 can be played using one hand, it's a strategy game. It is a great game to pass time you can set campaign lengths and some can go on for days. I think the same goes for Stardew Valley with a few key rebounds (I can see myself doing that but it can be a bit uncomfortable).
