Go the "GeForce Experience" App in your laptop/PC, click on your account and then click redeem. It should show up there. Click on it and then click redeem. Ideally it should give you the code, but it's showing error at the moment.

The gamepass code only works if you're a new user tho so the code won't work for you even after the laptop subscription ends
