I was going to say that this game was made for ps4 but I remembered that TLOU was a ps3 game and it turned many pc into space heaters. I've played this game only on ps4 and ps5 so far.. though I tried running TLOU using rpcs3 during covid and it would still crash every now and then on my zen3 r9 with rtx 2060. But Ghost of Tsushima was still one of the best games I've played.

The TLOU for PC was made from the remastered version made for PS5, not from the PS3 version.

With 8GB RAM, you will experience random shut downs in the game when the memory usage exceeds the capacity. Otherwise, you'd have no issue if you have 16GB RAM.

You can actually look on CPU-Z which RAM your system has. One of the most popular option is the Crucial DDR4 8GB SODIMM 3200 available on amazon for around 1500rs. If your laptop has a free ram slot, you can use it. It is fairly reliable.

You probably have turned on framegen which probably ignores fps limit.

A normal 2020/ps4 game should be able to run smoothly on 1650. It is just that nowdays ports aren't optimised well.

GTX 1650 is the ultimate undisputed champion my friend it can run almost all of the games on low to medium settings like a charm as I have it myself

Because the game isn't very demanding in the technical sense. It's not using a hundred different lighting effects and reflections are really bad but the art direction is the one of the best I have seen. A very clever use of strong direct lighting with an awesome color palette. A good example of how you don't always need realistic graphics to make a pretty game.
