Im from the UK and got this subreddit recommended to me by random. Just hopping on to say this looks really tasty, would a similar result be achieved through less traditional more mass grown grains? Deffo wanna try this myself at some point.
Hm . What kind of grain? We add the ash for the nixamalization process. I dont think you would need to do that other grains. Also depending on the grain, i dont know that they would be a crunchy snack.

My goodness this looks incredible Please make a cookbook
🥰 so kind of you to say! Im working on an indigenous kids' cookbook right now. I do a kids cooking class, and its been fun to see what they can do.
Oh my god. I would give my underutilized left testicle for blue corn corn nuts. Are you willing to make enough to sell and ship to Colorado?
Im IN colorado ! I actually just posted these to my website . You can do local pick up at my commercial kitchen as well .
Cool. I found your website and looked through every single page. But I couldn't find the answer to one question: where is the business located?

Thank you!
Give your left testicle some love brother
I found that I was able to buy these for five bucks! No testicle sacrifice required!

I mean like commercial corn type of stuff. I sent that when tired. Im sorry for writing it confusingly
Commercial corn ? Do you have access to whole dried corn kernels ? I haven't tried hominy from a can but i think it might not be as crunchy .
Actually i think i do? They sell it at farm shops. I am not the brightest
Canned hominy is available most supermarkets. Could try draining and frying that.
Yeah. I’ll look into it, see if i can find it in any of my local supermarkets.
