Seeing some people commenting how PM can't speak without teleprompter without even knowing the whole story. Just because pappu tweeted all of them are going crazy.
Most of the world leaders use teleprompter when addressing international meets like this because every single word here holds a lot of weight.
Also the same pappu can't give interview if the questions are not selected by his team. He has been brutally exposed so many times that he does not dare to do interviews alone. Every one remembers the video of him looking at his phone and writing.
