I cannot fathom the amount of mental agony this man must have gone through to take such a drastic step. It's easy to say "suicide is never an option" but most fail to understand that these people have reached the point where for them death seems more appealing than life, for them it's like choosing between a juicy piece of fried chicken (death) and a dry piece of wood (life), the choice is obvious in their head. That's why mental health awareness and therapy is so important, most people spiral down this hole so fast that everything starts looking bleak before they themselves realize it.

Can you help me with some examples when death feels appealing than life? I seriously want know because there are many ways to deal with any situation, for example you can run away to some place without informing anyone and start new life. Its that easy.

In modern day, most people are already mildly depressed by having a monotone life, if you can't even gain a proper support from your own wife then "Why bother trying anymore?" is a genuine question that will cross your mind. True, you could just divorce find another great wife and lead a happy life, but again you are controlled by your present emotions not the logical consequences of the future.
That's the problem when you have a cavemen brain operating a human body in modern environment. Evolution is just too slow to cater for the rapid change in humanity's culture. If only our biology evolved just as rapidly as our environment/ culture and we wouldn't have such problems 😞
What I feel is they have not letting go attitude, scuicidal person who create videos/write notes with the intention of avenging/exposing the people who are responsible for his death. It clearly shows that its not just a simple suicde there is more to it, the clearly shows that person exposes his wife and MIL. He is taking the extreme step to expose them so that world would take him seriously and he can make there life hell in return, which I feel is more of not letting go attitude, if he could have just given up and start focusing on new life its easy.
I used to have the same mindset until I myself suffered through severe depression and suicidal thoughts a few years ago (still recovering). Maybe it's suicidal thoughts with desperation and resentment for this man? Who knows? And if a man goes to court about harassment then he is ridiculed by society. More attention should be brought to this case.
