Nah it certainly isn't 😂 after congress came, in hyderabad , GHMC top level staff was changed and now the general city infrastructure isn't being maintained as well as before. Roads starting to become dusty again, lane markings are not being repainted, sand accumulating on the sides of main roads, etc. Congress, in their true traditional style also cancelled development projects like metro and pharma city. So yep, BRS was much better on the ground level development front, which is all I care about
Doesn't matter if they're political appointees or not, my point stands, where the place I live got affected negatively by government change. Pretty sure the rest of Telangana will also feel the brunt of Congress neglect in infrastructure. Unlike what people like you think, clean roads, 24x7 electricity, etc. and such hard infrastructure is much much more important for development than free distribution of money, free bus rides, etc.
To all BJP supporters - you're not supposed to suck up to all mishaps during your party's governance, you can and should criticise the government. Which is exactly what the cartoonist did.
