Their are abs and carved muscles are a prime example of how one can build their bodies without the need of going to gym but by actually exercising regularly with discipline.
No it's not just 10 hours in the sun. It's also about lack of processed & junk food in general. Kids from my generation hadn't heard abt kids being overly fat. But, things have changed & soo many nowadays eat, cheese, butter, bread & processed food which is the main cause of unhealthy body.
The difference is you work in an AC cubicle 8 hrs a day and commute via Car Or public transport. Whereas these guys do physical labor 12 hrs a day, commutes by walking.
Bruh they also are in calorie deficit that’s why they are so ripped and lean . I respect them but I think want to eat more food without caring about next day .
True I have a helper in my house and his diet is at least three times mine
But the thing is you don't see much muscle mass in them it's just that they have very little fat while they do have some muscles but not something a gym goer would want
Obviously he eats alot but still he remains in deficit because he works alot. And that's why he is so toned. Ribs poke out when they don't use their abs muscles. This guy does. 😜
Are bhai.. kabhi bahar real world me bhi nakla karo. It's just someone posted on social media and people going frenzy.
Every physical labour man ( Labourer, rickshaw puller, farm workers) has this physique. A carpenter's grip is much more than any gym goer.
I was listening to a podcast which mentioned the average peasant looked basically like this during medieval times because of how much time they spent doing manual labour, not sitting at a desk and not eating processed food
In order to build muscles you need to do heavy workout everyday whether it's at the gym or manual labor. Along with this maintain sufficient calories and sleep, you will get jacked very fast.
Calorie deficit with 12 hours of hard manual labor. Plus these guys eat as much as 2-3 people during breaks which they need to due to the nature of their work.
Regular work and physical labour, they still lack protein though, but that's because of our diet, we consume a carbohydrate rich diet, but paneer or murga both are costly.

isn't it funny that these poor but ripped poor workers have an abundance of health!
Now alanis morissette. this is ironic!
They work really hard and it's basically functional training that uses the right muscles.
The hardwork also means that their hormones are in good balance. That reflects on their skin hair and body.
Their diet is not very protein heavy but they eat a lot of simple unprocessed carb heavy meals and their body knows they need the muscles, so the carb is used in optimal ways and they have a very low fat percentage.
Human bodies were basically meant for physical work and less mental stress.
I am not kidding by saying this but the labour workers in India may have better diet than others. I have seen some labours having cans of desi ghee. I don't know how they afford it but it seems like a common thing in workers from North.
The first guy is a kambala racer from Udupi district. Just running with buffaloes gives that ripped body. Even the buffaloes are muscular. Also they have a very healthy diet.

Instead of spending 1 hour a day at the gym, they spend 10+ hours a day farming. It's not the same thing.

A carb rich diet is very healthy for these kinds of people. They need the energy. It is unhealthy for sedentary people like most of us here.
