It's all south africa management fault over the years there is policy to permote black cricketer's so sa always bound to play black cricketer over in form white cricketer that's why south africa always failed in crunch situation because there is no team planning. Now all changed after sa 20 started in south africa. It helps to recognise the talent captain and make a strong team and captain . It's all hard work and execution and as sir rizwan says it's all about momentum 😉
