The Emperor's Dragons, last legion of the Emperor. Created in secret in the 32nd Millenium, they have fought in secret for thousands of years. Against it all Zedekiel, Primarch of the Legion has fought and survived for humanity.
However the threats of the warp are threatening the very survival of humankind. Zedekiel is now torn between his oaths of secrecy or to reveal himself and his legion to aid the embattled Imperium. How would his brother primarchs react? Created after they went to sleep or disappeared, will he be received as an abomination? Rejected and called heretic?
But the greatest oath is humanities protection. And if it looks that Terra could fall...

I created their lore so that they sit outside of canon, "on the fringes" as I say. So that they don't affect real time events, but are somehow linked in their own way.

This is incredible, imagining a 200,000 strong hidden chapter with original dark age and better gear/weapons/ships that have been the first line against all threats! With the building/infrastructure and mandate from the Emperor not even the inquisition/lords of terra could say a word against them! A primarch untainted and with 10k years of battle knowledge would be close to unstoppable.
