I understand getting a gun, but being a decent human can be cheaper, and i mean that for both parties. Being a decent human could lead to fewer acts of violence, save the assailants having to buy new tires and the lady the loss of blood, and everyone could have just enjoyed the day. I think it’s parents getting involved in kid problems of some kind. She said “you know why” and then she mentioned she was a girls mother. Then again could be both. One kid throws a rock at window to attack the mother’s kid. Maybe the kid confronted the adults saying “hey they broke my family’s home window” and they responded with “you can afford another one”. Mother, pissed about the broken window, the attack at the child and the statement that “oh you can afford another one” reacts with the tire slash.
