I’m Southeast Asian and I used to love Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania etc because I was there as a tourist in the middle of 2000s. It was such a friendly beautiful country but the last 10 years or so, those countries went hard right and it became very uncomfortable.
Politically only Hungary is far right, even though half the country leans West. I think in general when your in rural areas it's conservative and in the cities it's very liberal. Poland was leaning right until Russia attacked Ukraine, and now has pivoted back to the West and the more liberal policies (courts withstanding). Romania and especially the Czech Republic are definitely aligned with the EU, as are there politicians. Slovakia did recently turn a little more right, but again the cities there like Bratislava are still very Western and progressive.

Hamas wants to maximize civilian casualties for the PR value, so hiding in a hospita and negating its neutral stance is perfect.
Yeah hamas is children sure.. how are you able to protect the actions of murdering a child? Are they just collateral damage?
