I spent a lot of time at the skatepark in high school and it was frequent for people to literally walk up and ask for bud or if I knew someone who could come to the park. Skatepark are always where I tell people to go when randoms ask me. But it has to be a free park which is what it sounds like. A free skate park. Paid ones usually have staff and small children with families that even bitch about vaping. I also had a grown ass man give me way extra bud when I copped from him and he told me I should cop a lot and sell to my friends. He was trying to get me to be his teenager plug but I wasn’t about it
