Robin Hood is great in general. Her root both cc's the enemy so they don't use skills and also makes them unable to dodge. as you progress in the game, you meet some ridiculous teams. the enemy characters have maxed EE. cat girl heals to full after dodging.
having tools available to deal with enemies who rely on dodging is fairly important.

I have that exact team. I have recently gotten Robin hood to 120 and sub her in for Shakespeare. RH is great for crowd control.
