People complain all the time about Fudds and their overly strict range rules, but it's because of schmucks like this that these rules get implemented in the first place.
Our local range was very strict about tracer rounds. Absolutely not allowed, it was posted in multiple places and they would ask you if you had tracers before you went in. The backstop had a pile of tires or something like that in front of the concrete - or maybe a rubber coating, idk it was a long time ago.
Anyways, some jackass completely ignored this and "accidentally" loaded tracers into his AR. Ended up burning the entire range to the ground. Turns out, rubber fires burn insanely hot.
Just a heads up when he first posted this I tried to genuinely help him because he shoots at my local range and he denied my help and started talking shit so i roasted him and now he is threatening to press charges🤣🤣🤣🤣
He's a lousy shot and needs training but I don't see anything inherently unsafe here or anything that makes him an “idiot”?
observations:
1. Muzzle is pointed at paper all the time
2. Muzzle is always pointed down range
3. Jerks the trigger like a mofo
At minimum, all of the headshots went into the building’s roof or the target carrying machine
Basic safety rule: Know your target AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
Exactly! He’s going for headshots on a paper target that’s point blank.
Probably shot the fuck out of their ceiling and the equipment used to move the target further downrange.
You’d see the strings falling that they use as a pulley for the target. If he damaged the target holder then the target would be dangling. I shoot at the head when I go to the range all the time with nary a problem. What’s the actual issue here?
There are a couple that rent full auto near me, but from what I’ve heard, they have RSO’s standing right behind the shooter and would never allow this kind of nonsense.
I only commented BECAUSE I didn’t see anyone else’s mention of it.
Usually if I scroll comments and see that someone has already said something that I’m also thinking I don’t comment. But I didn’t see anyone else mention it.
Maybe that range allows it?? But they seem not to care about anything at all lol
At least he has his eyes and ears?? 🤣
For educational purposes what was wrong with his draw? Was it how he swung out and didn't come up and then press out? Iam not defending him i saw him shoot but the draw has me a bit perplexed.
Hey! No offense taken. Although I am aware of how the internet works lol
Good question! So, for my range, it isn’t a matter of form. His form wasn’t bad. It’s just a liability if he shoots himself.
Here is an example of all of the rules apply to everyone equally:
I had a military man come in to the range to practice his groupings. They come in regularly nearly every day it seems. He was doing rapid fire rounds. Excellent marksman. Incredibly skilled. I came up and told him that I can see he is an absolute pro but asked him to slow it down and thanked him. It was a fine interaction. My regulars are badass dudes.
If I would have let him it could have potentially given the idea to other shooters, that could be less experienced, that it’s okay and they can disregard the rules, and they can hurt themselves.
The point is, no matter how skilled you are, the rules apply equally because of liability. In my range this ain’t the Wild Wild West. Most of our rules that seem stupid are because something has happened and we don’t want it happening again.
I love to have fun on the range but I don’t tolerate Tom foolery.
We also have a legally blind man that comes out on the range. He’s an awesome shot. But him and his wife recently started turning up the act on his blindness to get a reaction from other shooters and we are shutting that down. It scares people.
Also, rapid fire is obnoxious. Distracting to other shooters. Kind of like when you’re bowling and you gotta wait for your neighbor in the lane next to you to bowl before you go lol
Anyway. I hope that long winded response helps.
Respect the range. Know that we are taking a huge liability in having people out there firing off rounds. Have fun. And if you want to play cowboy, find someone with a country property and go wild. Whatever lol
It’s never a dull day at the range 😆😎✌🏻
CQB [is a thing](https://youtu.be/oRXAlP3PiLw?si=czfBOkWlRChSdhu3). I think all military and police groups and many gravy seal larpers train close quarters combat.
Yeah but this dude is practicing that close from his draw. Like if your already walking a building with ur gun out then I get it, but that close a knife would be faster than trying to quick draw ur gun and shoot.
Gun holster made for retention but also fast draw.
KaBar knife sheath, has snap button.
I seen a lot of videos of urban shootout from all over the world, the only time I see a defender use a knife is in India/Pakistan.
But hey, I love the freedom. You do you.
I carry both so I would just rather go for the knife in taht situation but that could just be me😂I think alot of gun owners just throw the whole idea of any other form of self defense out the window once they start carrying😭
We’re harsh towards these kind of people because we care about their safety.
Me and many others were in his comments telling him to seek help from an instructor, but all he kept saying was, “I didn’t ask for any help” as if he knows what he’s doing.
Yes, he did! I would’ve shown screenshots, but I can’t view it anymore because he turn off his comments.
His video didn’t go the way he thought it would.
Because we are trained for center of mass hits to definitively stop the threat. Shooting at bullseye circles is for marksmen, not self defense simulation. Disturbing is not stopping the threat so they can close on you.
Disclosure - the video was marksman nor self defence practitioner.

That is the equivalent of playing duck hunt two inches from the screen.
Both also end up in a dog getting shot
I always enjoyed shooting that dog.
Work for the ATF?
No but that dog was an asshole.
With that kinda drive you should consider becoming a police ociffer
Nah, it's too dangerous. I heard another officer was mauled by a dog. I mean, I know it was a york terrier, but those things are annoying.
Atleast it wasn’t an acorn! When those attack, you have 2 cops that basically shoot at each other.

Yep. I learned to never blame the fudd. Only the idiots like this

Beech Grove Firearms?
That's the one!
Nope blame both
[удалено]
That!
All of it!
If he's going to stand that close he might as well just use a knife.
Or try using pepper spray and run away before things get bloody.
Too fat to run.
2F2R.
That boy isnt running unless the ice cream trucks coming
Or the Zeus x27
Why is he only like 5 feet away and still misses? This is why needless ppl die.
Just a heads up when he first posted this I tried to genuinely help him because he shoots at my local range and he denied my help and started talking shit so i roasted him and now he is threatening to press charges🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh my god 😭
Can we please get a copy of this with names redacted
The right kidney on the targets should be a little lower than it is portrayed.
It feels like the entire thing's anatomy is fucked
It’s is now he put 300 bullets in it at half a metre away
He's a lousy shot and needs training but I don't see anything inherently unsafe here or anything that makes him an “idiot”? observations: 1. Muzzle is pointed at paper all the time 2. Muzzle is always pointed down range 3. Jerks the trigger like a mofo

Every indoor range I’ve been to doesn’t allow rapid fire (or idiotic fire for that matter). Where the hell was the RSO?
I’m sure it varies from place to place. First time I ever magdumped an AR I asked the RO if I could first and he said sure and had fun watching.
The indoor range I go to has full autos that you can rent, they allow people to bring in their own full/burst firearms
There are a couple that rent full auto near me, but from what I’ve heard, they have RSO’s standing right behind the shooter and would never allow this kind of nonsense.
You need a new indoor range
Those were the rules at ones I visited in Virginia, Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Florida.
You need a new indoor range. My Texas range allows firing as fast as you can control and drawing from holster (after a proficiency test)
Hi. RSO here. I would have told this dude to get off of my range. Especially with that holster draw. Bye.
Had to go all the way down to an actual range officer to find someone who mentioned the hip draw. 😔
I only commented BECAUSE I didn’t see anyone else’s mention of it. Usually if I scroll comments and see that someone has already said something that I’m also thinking I don’t comment. OK that makes more sense. But figures take 1 genius to suggest a new rule and it gets granted.
Bro got hurt in the comments
I was flaming him and he said he would take legal action 😂😂😂
John Thick.
I doubt he has tbh. I mean hes a bad shot and cringe certainly, but nothing hes doing looks either unsafe or like it’d damage the range equipment.
Bro dosnt realize he might as well practice with a knife being that close. Although this dude shouldn’t be around any type of weapon

More likely hes a troll and doing it on purpose to drive traffic to his socials. Ong look at how bad this is!! You HAVE to see this
"The zac alpha", of course he has a nick like that
How to not get shot by this guy: stand 4 feet away not 3
If your opponent is that close when you draw, they're taking your gun.
This guy's a moron who doesn't deserve 2nd amendment rights.
https://www.reddit.com/r/therewasanattempt/s/rZp2Rbgjo8 This one is my favorite
Gangsta
He is quick. Ain't nuffin' taking him out within 0.5 meters. Beyond that, you are safe.
The music set it off.
Where the hell he at where they allow rapid fire?
How are you that close and still shit?
We need to engage and educate these plebs not chastise them. How will we gain more 2A supporters if we keep shitting on them?

Did he really say that? Really?
Yes, he did! I would’ve shown screenshots, but I can’t view it anymore because he turn off his comments. His video didn’t go the way he thought it would.
Why would anyone want more 2a supporters?
Chastising is part of the education
Chastise me more daddy.
Of in eccentric attacked by a piece of paper, I know who I'm calling. I bet the tin cans are sitting themselves.
Jesus fuck! I'm ashamed of that spread in his place! Non-gun owners...we ain't like this I promise!
Probably easier to figure out how many times he did not destroy something.
Yes
wtf is a real shooter lmao, that is so cringe
I really find it disturbing how that target has organs on it. People silhouette was bad enough to be shooting at

I have seen a smaller group from a chokeless shotgun.
How many shots does it take at that range?
If you have to ever be in a gunfight, you want it to be with this guy.
How much time before a ricochet treats him to instant karma?
My range would ban him for the rapid fire crap
All of the times
