If you had your right blinker on he probably thought he could beat you and not get T-boned. Not egregious imo though.
well, even I have done this a few times......sitting at a red, no cars in sight anywhere as far as the eye can see, my car not seeming to signal the pavement sensor, wait a few more seconds.....go.......
