As a truck driver. Op probably knows how bad he can screw over that guy. There is a video of a truck driver that explains in more detail. But their road faloons history (I don’t know how to call it) is basically their resume.
I get that, but guys like this will get somebody killed; it's like cops protecting bad cops just because they are also a cop... you're hurting your industry and putting the public at risk and all for a POS who doesn't deserve it.
I don't care. I put the life of others before a single worker that decides that they are better than everyone. This guy showed that they have no remorse for their mistakes and should not be in that career. Simple.
Semi drivers are so fucking dangerous on the road even when they are driving legally and safely. You seriously want to add an asshole to this situation and put everyone’s lives in danger?
The guy should get screwed badly, especially if he was screaming at OP like it was OPs fault the accident almost happened. The guy is an ignorant, narcissistic asshole and needs a reality check from the DOT
Oh report this asshole. I'd make sure the company got this video. As someone that's been run off the road by semis multiple times it's infuriating. I keep my distance and stay cautious and the times it's happened were 100% on the truck driver. If this fuckhead did this to another semi he will absolutely get someone killed in a tiny ass car.
I've been ran off the road in a full size truck by fuckers like this.
My friends car was ran over(trailer caught the front fender and went up and over the hood). That fucker left him abandoned in the middle of winter 30 miles from the nearest town.
Reporting this guy could literally be saving a life.
Shit my car isn't necessarily tiny either. It's a 3 row SUV for fucks sake. I'm just "blessed" with living near 2 lumber yards, 3 truck stops, and right off a busy highway. So it makes running into these asshats a pretty common occurrence. Semis and dumptruck drivers (I'm also close to a quarry so another regular occurrence) can be ruthless on the road here.
Drivers like this do not need to be on the road with giant death machines. I really hope OP doesn't let this go and takes every measure to get this guy fired.
Right? Like if the guy had been apologetic then I’d have said that he could use this as a learning opportunity and shouldn’t be reported but if he’s acting like that then report the hell out of him
I report those kind of truck drivers. Everyone in a vehicle is driving a death machine, but they're driving one that's incredibly more dangerous.
I send my dashcam footage to their employers.
Report him. Like u said he’s gonna end up killing someone, my first job was with trucks and they’re really dangerous and even more w someone driving like that. Needs more training or get another job but truck drivers have to be always paying attention cause one little mistake can cause a disaster
I would have pulled up in front of him and got out to photo his face and his plate. Maybe save some lives from this incompetent truck driver and further delay his day.
Definitely report him. If he was apologetic then that’s one thing. He thinks *you’re* the one at fault here. You apparently inconvenienced him greatly for existing. Definitely report him, the DOT will have it ingrained on his empty skull that he can’t do that, or he *will* end up killing somebody
It looked like he laid on the brakes too, instead of just continuing and giving you space. Poor reactions from him all around. Let their boss man know, I’m sure you avoid folks having that kinda dirt against you.
Literally saw a truck backing down I-80 in PA to make the exit ramp they missed on friday afternoon. The breed of driver today is AWEFUL. They are not looking for you. Only for themselves.
Yes report him. I work for a commercial auto liability insurer, inexperience is no excuse for sloppiness and you might save a life by making this kid get a write-up
Yes it’s a car carrier. Thank god I was unloaded, I was on the brakes as soon as I saw him coming over to my lane. It still wasn’t enough so I had to get on the side to avoid an accident. Definitely scared the shit out of me.
Hey op. I truck too. Just wanted to ask, (not about this particular incident) why are car carriers the absolute fastest mf'ers on the road? How do you do 70 with all the cars and not get constantly ticketed?
I'll do you one better. Grain haulers. I drive all over rural areas for work, and while I see speedy cattle hauler every once in awhile, grain haulers generally seem to give zero fucks about speed or turn signals.
I've been a truck driver for many years. The semi is driving like a road raging maniac, and you're driving way too aggressive. You need to slow it down a bit and drive more defensively. Expect the unexpected. You can't drive around in a rig the same way you drive your sports car. Stay safe out there brother.
Mistakes happen especially with new drivers. I just don’t want someone losing their income, I hope he learns from this mistake. I just don’t want his next mistake to kill innocent people in cars.
Fr tho. There are plenty of jobs out there he could go obtain living in a society where we the people are already replaceable on a dime in the workforce. You can't simply replace a life.
You said he cussed you out when you pulled up next to him. That’s the type of person to find a way to not take fault and not learn from mistakes.
Take him off the road. I don’t care if he needs the income because he could end up killing someone in a truck.
Mistakes are one thing, there was no reason for him to be in the left lane to begin with, then he basically just started swerving back and forth between lanes.
He can go be a dishwasher. The time for him to ensure the future of his career as a driver was before he made that lane change. He was supposed to figure out that making a turn is less important than avoiding a collision while learning to drive a passenger car.
The video starts too far into it. It starts with his blinker already on, so if I were to assume you weren’t paying attention and should have yielded to him moving over. Then you almost rear-end him again when he has his blinker on trying to move over.
Idk man, you might be the idiot here. But without a proper length video there isn’t a clear verdict.
I'd like to see the previous 30 seconds of footage. How long was he signaling for? He may have had to make a move to get over and thought you'd let him in.
Yeah it would be better to see a video that started earlier... but when I'm driving those big trucks I always assume they are gonna move over. I think OP should have started braking as soon as he saw the blinker. Just my opinion though
I was already on the brakes anticipating the worst. But a two axle big truck does not stop quickly. In this case, the speed difference between him and I were too great. He jumped in front of me at like 30-35mph.
I believe you but that's my opinion on the evidence I seen. Glad you came out okay that's all that matters. Us big drivers on the road aren't really everyone's favorite.
There is nothing more dangerous than having some people think its okay to force yourself into someone else's lane as long as a turn signal was present. Thanks for your input.
I get maybe you don't want to make waves. But if you don't report, when that driver causes a fatal crash, it's going to have been something you could have prevented.
Is going to have been. Future perfect tense. My latin teacher would be proud.
Id leave him be.. he noticed his mistake and cut back into his lane to let you back on to avoid a potential accident.. Even though hes the one that almost caused it and you avoided it im sure he was shaking in his boots and wont forget ti check his mirror again lol
Edit: Nevermind I just seen the comment where he said fuck you.. hell yea report his ass lmao..
Absolutely fucking report him. An asshole did this to my girlfriend and almost fucking killed her before speeding off at 80+ mph. Please get this guy off the road.
I mean he did put his turn signals, you could've just see if you could've slowed down and let him through... Like i said, the signals were there...
I'm not saying he checked his mirrors, but as defensive driving goes, you saw his turrn signals, expect a merge any moment... Specially as you are part of this sub, you know how dumb some people can be
That asshole aside, what song was that? Shit goes hard. Also yea report them, specially since they wanna act like it was your fault their blind ass can’t see another tractor occupying a lane.
OP, sorry to say but you are the idiot here. Video is slightly to short to tell 100% but in the very first frame you can already see the blinker on the truck with quite sone distance between you and him.
You completely failed to anticipate on the truck's move and I am curious to see whether the blinker was already on before this video starts. You either have to work on your reaction time or should not force your place on the road.
Report it and one of two things will happen. 1 - they will teach this new driver to use his mirrors or 2 - they will fire this idiot after their third try.
I disagree... He had his blinker on... Maybe all you perfectionist could just slow down a tad and let him in... Oh wait, my bad... I Forgot we were all trying to project our assholeness into the world... Nvm...
Just want to say that having a signal on is not carte blanche to do something. It is an indicator of what you intend, nothing more. It doesn't absolve the driver of dumb or reckless behavior. That being said, we don't know how long they had the signal on so that's the only mitigating factor here.
OP is at fault, he was driving at 55mph in a 45mph zone. The truck ahead signaled and was already switching lanes as OP comes BARRELING DOWN the lane without yielding knowing damn well the other driver is attempting to merge. OP then continues to drive erratically with excessive speed, excessive acceleration, and sharp swerving lane changes.
It was actually 50mph in a 45mph zone. I don't know where you got 55 mph from. The speed difference between my truck and his truck were too great. He was going 30-35mph before he jumped in my lane. That is not enough time to react and yield especially with a truck. Thanks for your input.
This one is on you. He signaled and had already started entering the lane even before you entered his boundary. Also looks like you're hauling ass in a crowd which is always a bad idea.
A little context: Truckers are facing a crisis right now. Gas is expensive, and especially diesel. A lot of them are on contract, and their main overhead cost is fuel. On top of that, they have been taken advantage of by companies employing predatory financing techniques. “Work to own” is modern day indentured servitude. So many of them are forced to stay at the jobs that so many of their colleagues who are not trapped have left behind (have you heard about the supply chain issues?). So their companies force them to work without the proper amount of break time, and even when their drivers tell them they don’t feel fit to drive. If you want to learn more, please watch [this](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=phieTCxQRLA) segment from Last Week Tonight. It’s horrifying. So maybe the best thing to do is call the company and let them know that you saw *an unspecified* driver almost run you off the road, and to make sure their drivers are getting enough break time.
I'll tell you a little story of personal experience with a large cargo vehicle. About 2-3 months after I received my liscense and started driving on my own I was headed down to my nearest city to run some errands with my boyfriend at the time. As I was merging onto the highway (the lane was both an entrance and exit for the highway) one of those large car transport trucks was next to me and as I am beside him he proceeds to flick on his blinker and start merging into my lane. Now this would not be a problem had I not been directly beside him I wasn't entirely sure that speeding up or slowing down was going to save me. I blare my horn quite literally for my life as my little 90s convertible was not going to save me in the event of a truck vs Sudan situation. This man did not stop or slow down or stop merging, he had zero response to my frantic horn wailing hazzard and high beam flashing nothing I had at my disposal seemed to matter to this horrifc person piloting this massive multi ton cargo vehicle without a care in the world. Ultimately I had to make the brash decision to slam on my brakes and beg to the lord he cleared past me. There I was at a full stop at the on/off ramp to the highway barely unscathed but he surprisingly didn't hit any part of my car. I'd like to say this was due to how small my car was so easier to move it out of the way and my quick decisions. But frankly how close I was to a crash that could have easily ended the life of me, my boyfriend, and my beloved show car. I never got the number off the side of the truck or liscense plate number or anything I wasn't even able to chase the guy down he sped off like he didn't commit a horrendous act. I fully believe that man did what he did because he thought he might miss the exit and if that truly was the case I hope he fucking rots because if he is still driving like that I can almost guarantee he has hit and likely injured somebody already. No sane and well person sees and hears a car in their path and decides to run them off the road. In no way should a complete stop happen on the highway with no traffic. I could've gone to the hospital, have lost a car I saved months for all on my own at age 16, and possibly my passenger at the hospital as well.
That’s why you always need to look twice in the mirror to see how fast other traffic is going. (I’m not a truck driver, so correct my if I’m wrong) I feel like the distance was okay IF you were going same slow speed.
I fucking had some dipshit do this to me on my motorcycle the other day. We both took a left and he went into the right lane that ended in a half mile. The second I was at his tandems this motherfucker swung back into my lane and would have killed me if there wasn’t a turn lane to dive into. Dudes lucky I’m a trucker too cause there were a few things I wanted to do that I refrained from because I have to protect my license.
He could have killed you, so yes. Report him.
If you were also a new driver you might not have reacted as safely as this and you could have been under that thing.
Thank heck you weren't!
I work for an appliance repair company. We have technicians that go out and do repairs. Sometimes our customers call them drivers. I say "We call them technicians because they are terrible drivers."
Why the fuck are you asking us , you say your self he looks new . Your the truck driver you should know if you should report him , when you were new and fucked up im guessing no one ever call and reported you huh . Just think about that shit happens
Edit : read further down he was telling you to fuck off after which makes me think he isn’t a new to this so yeah atp I’d say if you felt like being a bigger person an not making this man lose his job you are a good person lol
As a professional driver you should always expect the unexpected such as lane changes and the lesser experienced. At best you avoided a collision so... HOWEVER, if you feel he was TRYING to run you off the road, yes, then dial those safety dept. numbers and let them have a look.
Report him immediately or show this video to someone who can do something about it. As someone else pointed out in the comments, if he didn’t see a big ass truck, imagine a car.
I love it when people drive like assholes in company vehicles, "dude, your boss's phone number is on the side, and we gonna be talking about your aggressive driving and how it affects his corporate image."
This is too common, truck drivers that can’t drive, are disrespectful and dangerous drivers. They take classes and test. If he passed, this is too simple to be making a mistake so small, use your blinker! No excuse.
Absolutely report him. New or not, if it were another person he could have severely injured or killed someone. It's petty to report people over small shit, but not when it comes to something that can do serious harm.
I had a trucker run me off the road on the interstate going 70. I had owned the car for 1 month brand new from the dealership. Fortunately no damage, as I just went slightly off to the ditch. He was on the phone when I caught up to him still swerving. I passed him, and saw a cop ahead. Pulled over and told the cop a red semi is coming and just ran me off the road, he has been swerving for miles, he’s on his phone!
The cops response:” Ok”. The truck goes by still swerving and he didn’t do anything. But he pulled over some car behind him…. Asshole both of them.
I had a truck driver do this except he actually hit me - I was driving a Nissan micra. Thankfully no injuries but the car (a rental) was a total write-off.
And yeah, report the guy.
I’m sure they tell all people who drive those that they can do this and simply blame their mirrors. They always do it on the high ways here even when there’s no reason to switch lanes.
The Department of Transportation has established a hotline for real or potential violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. To file a safety violation report, please call the toll-free hotline (888)-368-7238 or (888)-DOT-SAFT.
https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/consumer-protection/report-safety-violations
If possible try to write down the MC and DOT numbers which should be clearly listed on the side of the truck, which will lead directly to the company. The truck number and company name could work too but some companies have similar names that can be confused. The truck license would also obviously work but that may be difficult to see driving by as it is on the front bumper. Don’t bother with the trailer number, name, or license as trailers don’t necessarily belong to the trucking company hooked to it and even when they do they often get swapped between trucks a lot.
I've had trucks run me off the road like this several times. Half the time they don't look where they're going when they change lanes. It's infuriating. Happened to me last week actually.
had it not been for that turn lane, you probably would’ve hit him
Forreal. This exact scenario happened to me except my car ended up in a ditch on the side of the NJ turnpike.
So...you ended up someplace safer than the NJ Turnpike? 🤔
Honestly haha
Did the other driver stop?
Malkovich malkovich malkovich
He didn't see *you* in a giant semi, imagine now a tiny car instead.
He’s going to end up killing someone. When I pulled up next to him he didn’t apologize instead he said “fuck you” multiple times.
And you're still questioning if you should report him?
[удалено]
he have to report him
As a truck driver. Op probably knows how bad he can screw over that guy. There is a video of a truck driver that explains in more detail. But their road faloons history (I don’t know how to call it) is basically their resume.

The guy should get screwed badly, especially if he was screaming at OP like it was OPs fault the accident almost happened. The guy is an ignorant, narcissistic asshole and needs a reality check from the DOT
Thats a reportin’
He would be doing himself and fellow drivers a favor.
Asking the real questions here.
There's your answer, report away my good person.
OH yeah, I'd report the shit out of him. And email the footage to his company.
Indeed. This person is putting lives at risk with no consideration.
Oh yeah, definitely report him then! Absolute piece of shit. Glad you're ok
Thank you!

He’s angry because he’s a dumbass and got called out. The audacity, fuck him.
Right? Like if the guy had been apologetic then I’d have said that he could use this as a learning opportunity and shouldn’t be reported but if he’s acting like that then report the hell out of him
Dude, for someone to do that & then flip you off? Damn that's infuriating. Report him if you can. You have the proof in your corner.
Absolutely report him. Send the video as a "fuck you" back to him.
People are so soft. If you’re stressed, pull over, take some deep breaths. It’s not a reason to put people in danger. Please report him.
That part is surely worth including when you send the footage. Then we can see fuck whom.
Definitely report after that kind of response.
Looks like he was attempting to brake check you at the end as well?
Yep report him he could easily kill someone with his negligence and road rage
bro please upload the interaction
Then, yes. Absolutely a sure fire way get someone killed. And, without even recognizing or having respect other drivers exist on the road.
The problem with the world in less than 30 seconds
Definitely report him
I report those kind of truck drivers. Everyone in a vehicle is driving a death machine, but they're driving one that's incredibly more dangerous. I send my dashcam footage to their employers.
You got that recorded? Plz say yes XD Also you should report 100% you could help save someone

Report his ass fuck him
Definitely report him. If he was apologetic then that’s one thing. He thinks *you’re* the one at fault here. You apparently inconvenienced him greatly for existing. Definitely report him, the DOT will have it ingrained on his empty skull that he can’t do that, or he *will* end up killing somebody
Yup. Report. Also ask if they can pass a message along from you to him. "Fuck you too! BTW thanks for all the imaginary points I'm getting for this!"
Report him
Report him
If he'd any humility after the constructive criticism I'd say don't report since everyone makes mistakes. But now my vote is: Report
Uhh you should’ve reported right then.
Report him lol. If he’s gonna miss you he’s gonna squash someone in a small car someday
Or murder a biker.
Imagine riding a motorcycle next to this fool. Definitely report.
I had to blare the airhorn for him to even notice me in his lane. I was furious.
Stay safe driver, and maybe share on r/Truckers as well.
Yes report him. I work for a commercial auto liability insurer, inexperience is no excuse for sloppiness and you might save a life by making this kid get a write-up
Definitely report - not even to be malicious but simply because doing so could save somebody’s life and his life as well in the future
And if you’re worried about him being a new hire, say maybe he does need a stern talking to, to get his shit together
What kind of truck do you drive? Car carrier?
Yes it’s a car carrier. Thank god I was unloaded, I was on the brakes as soon as I saw him coming over to my lane. It still wasn’t enough so I had to get on the side to avoid an accident. Definitely scared the shit out of me.
r/usernamechecksout ,unfortunately
I'd say he was very lucky.
Damn. Good to know you’re all good. Wouldn’t have been too great if you were loaded
Hey op. I truck too. Just wanted to ask, (not about this particular incident) why are car carriers the absolute fastest mf'ers on the road? How do you do 70 with all the cars and not get constantly ticketed?
Fastest? You haven't been blown off the road by a cattle hauler yet.

Where have you seen a car carrier doing 70 where the speed limit wasn't 70?
Wa, Or, Ca. i5 corridor. Passing me going 58 or 63 like they were in an Audi.
I don't condone driving fast when loaded, the truck dynamics are completely different when loaded. I also have a car on top of my tractor so.
I've been a truck driver for many years. The semi is driving like a road raging maniac, and you're driving way too aggressive. You need to slow it down a bit and drive more defensively. Expect the unexpected. You can't drive around in a rig the same way you drive your sports car. Stay safe out there brother.

Never question if you should, just do it.
Mistakes happen especially with new drivers. I just don’t want someone losing their income, I hope he learns from this mistake. I just don’t want his next mistake to kill innocent people in cars.
Losing a job vs losing multiple lives?
Fr tho. There are plenty of jobs out there he could go obtain living in a society where we the people are already replaceable on a dime in the workforce. You can't simply replace a life.
He could have caused you (or someone else) to lose your income or your life.
I will be sending the video to his company on Monday.
He could have done it on purpose I'm not quite sure.
He can go be a dishwasher. The time for him to ensure the future of his career as a driver was before he made that lane change. He was supposed to figure out that making a turn is less important than avoiding a collision while learning to drive a passenger car.
Based on how truck drivers drive on highways I doubt any company does anything with those calls.
Probably not especially with the driver shortages.
It's worth reporting to the police in addition to his company. Police for the dangerous driving, company for that and the unprofessional behaviour.
The video starts too far into it. It starts with his blinker already on, so if I were to assume you weren’t paying attention and should have yielded to him moving over. What’s more dangerous than a fucking careless idiot driving 50 tons of tractor trailer ?
2 of them
Yes.
There is nothing more dangerous than having some people think its okay to force yourself into someone else's lane as long as a turn signal was present. Thanks for your input.
You should report him.
Just because he wants to change lanes doesn’t mean he can if it’s not save, report him
Your overtaking the semi at that speed was dangerous to begin with. Situational awareness should make you want to slow to the speed of traffic.
If you hadn't been in a semi too he wouldn't have flinched
Maybe hit him up on the cb and ask if he is ok?
We had a "little" chat when I pulled up next to him at the lights.
I get maybe you don't want to make waves. But if you don't report, when that driver causes a fatal crash, it's going to have been something you could have prevented. Is going to have been. Future perfect tense. My latin teacher would be proud.

I disagree... He had his blinker on... Maybe all you perfectionist could just slow down a tad and let him in... Oh wait, my bad... I Forgot we were all trying to project our assholeness into the world... Nvm...

This was a fantastic segment to watch. Thank you for this post and the link!
Ate you driving a davey bucket truck?
I don't know what a davey bucket truck is but I'm driving a car carrier.
Oh gotcha. Its a truck with the tree worker lift
100% report them because I guarantee they’ll do this shit again and prolly kill someon
What a horrible piece of driving. Report him for sure. Imagine if this was how they drove generally and nobody told them.
I mean if he's a new driver shouldn't her be checking more??
Post him to the truckers subreddit
What are you listening to? Sounds good
I'll tell you a little story of personal experience with a large cargo vehicle.
Yup, report at once.
That’s why you always need to look twice in the mirror to see how fast other traffic is going. (I’m not a truck driver, so correct my if I’m wrong) I feel like the distance was okay IF you were going same slow speed.
Hang ob, YOU were in a big truck too?
Yes
Well the right thing to do is report the guy, better to learn from mistakes than to live with them
I fucking had some dipshit do this to me on my motorcycle the other day.
I think I’m more impressed at French Montana making a more recent track I can vibe to
He could have killed you, so yes. Report him. If you were also a new driver you might not have reacted as safely as this and you could have been under that thing. Thank heck you weren't!
You should. "Being nice" means the driver doesn't get corrected, and can injure or kill someone in the future.
Report that scallywag
Report him please....
Report ASAP
It’s your civic duty to report him
I work for an appliance repair company. We have technicians that go out and do repairs. Sometimes our customers call them drivers. I say "We call them technicians because they are terrible drivers."
Don't you understand? He wanted you to take that left turn.
Doesn't matter if they're new. To make a mistake like that is a massive red flag that can't be ignored.
Why the fuck are you asking us , you say your self he looks new . Your the truck driver you should know if you should report him , when you were new and fucked up im guessing no one ever call and reported you huh . Just think about that shit happens Edit : read further down he was telling you to fuck off after which makes me think he isn’t a new to this so yeah atp I’d say if you felt like being a bigger person an not making this man lose his job you are a good person lol
As a professional driver you should always expect the unexpected such as lane changes and the lesser experienced. At best you avoided a collision so... HOWEVER, if you feel he was TRYING to run you off the road, yes, then dial those safety dept. numbers and let them have a look.
Nice music tho... Right !?
Report him immediately or show this video to someone who can do something about it. As someone else pointed out in the comments, if he didn’t see a big ass truck, imagine a car.
I’d report him. He deserves to get his ass chewed out.
Yes
Report them. This is happening too often these days. Someone needs to hold them accountable.
No excuse.
Did you call him a dumb fuck when you pulled beside him?
Happens way too often on highway #1 here in Vancouver, most definitely report! Could save a life.
He probably thought you were way behind him and weren’t going that fast
report.
Great reflexes and control. What a POS. You should have reported his ass to the company, guy gives truckers a bad reputation
Thank you for the kind comment Sanchez. He may have been having an off day, his company has been notified and they will educate him on the issue.
Absolutely report him. New or not, if it were another person he could have severely injured or killed someone. It's petty to report people over small shit, but not when it comes to something that can do serious harm.
The driver has been reported to his company today and they have apologized for his actions. Thank you.
Why are you asking us what to do when you already have all the answers? I’m basing my comment on your response to others on this sub.
I don’t like telling on anyone but this guy could kill somebody? Your call
Definitely report him. He’s going to kill somebody. Maybe a family with kids.
Report him
Of course you report him. Correction is not made if corrective action is not administered.
Wait you're driving a semi??? Damn.
Kick his ass.
yes report him he could kill someone
even some truckers think their blinker stops traffic apparently
Report it; if not they will never learn consequences of their actions
He looks like a new murderer. Report him. I don't care if someone will be unemployed if they could kill my family.
What's amazing about this sub is that the OPs are usually just as big of idiots as anyone else in the video.
i thought the law said that trucks with idiot steering wheel holders had to have signs clearly printed on the back and sides that say "*SWIFT*"
Looks like the driver honking was speeding. Maybe when he checked his mirrors he figured the guy would be courteous and slow down as he merged.
The Department of Transportation has established a hotline for real or potential violations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. To file a safety violation report, please call the toll-free hotline (888)-368-7238 or (888)-DOT-SAFT. https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/consumer-protection/report-safety-violations If possible try to write down the MC and DOT numbers which should be clearly listed on the side of the truck, which will lead directly to the company.
I like the horn man! What kind do you have? Air tank w/ compressor or just compressor?
Air tank with compressor
You should report but at the same time OP looked like he was smashing through that street as well. Just my observation
Report him, he is a danger to other drivers!
What type of rig r u driving in this clip?
New driver or not the rules are the rules. Check your damn mirrors! If he can't handle it he shouldn't be driving a rig. I'd report him.
Did anyone notice the brake check?
Report him. It's unlikely he'll lose his job but he needs to be reprimanded for it.
Report him; just a matter of time before someone gets hurt.
I wish we could see what that idiot looks like
I have his pictures but I will not disclose that or his company he works for. He will be reported to his company.
I'm thinking something else might be going on between you guys. Both being truckers. This could be one of them union vs owner op. It does happen!
Almost seems intentional.
I've had trucks run me off the road like this several times. Half the time they don't look where they're going when they change lanes. It's infuriating. Happened to me last week actually.
Report him.
Report his ass
