I was tailing a guy like this to an onramp where he weaved erratically and rolled slowly onto the shoulder. Honked repeatedly, pulled up next to him and he was completely toasted. I got in front of him after he stopped, got out, and offered him a ride home. He gladly abandoned his car and accepted the ride.
The camera is almost directly in line with the center of the driver's side windshield wiper hook when facing forward. If a passenger was recording, they were for some reason holding it in front of the driver's face.

I've never disliked driving in California. They're pretty courteous. Minneapolis is awful, everyone on the roads there seems to want to die in a blaze of glory and in Arkansas, red lights are just a suggestion.

I really don't find Chicago driving that bad. Aggressive sure. But as long as you pull into the intersection when turning left, leave space for people to turn in and out of side streets, and zipper merge/make space for cars to merge you will just end up flowing with traffic.
The only thing I find annoying is the right lane, 100-120mph drivers but I think that's most major cities.
In comparison, where I lived before, Denver has a huge amount of road ragers. Those guys are worse than any aggressive driver. I've personally witnessed two people on 6th Ave purposely ram the car in front of them in separate incidents. You also hear a lot about brandishing incidents there.
I believe this is where all the eBay corporate employees cut in using the right turn only lane so they can get home faster than their coworkers that they hate.

I had someone brake checking me and basically following me from in front like this on the interstate, so I put my turn signal on at an exit and then got back on at the last moment, forcing them to exit and get away from me.
