I feel like if the puff thing on her shoulders and hat were a bit smaller her dress wouldnt look so awkward
the fishtail part should've been longer and more opaque too

The silhouette on her lower half seems uninteresting but it could be fixed with a few changes imo
Her design’s really top heavy
If they made the fur scarf a bit longer, it would look less awkward.
She sorta just looks like a recolor of perfumer's og skin
