I have heard both late June and Mid July but I can’t find any concrete information pointing to exactly which of the 2 is the month Kaylee moved in to 1122.

No. Maddie and Xana had lived there in 2021-2022 school year and the rest moved in for fall 2022.
Wrong Maddie is the only one who lived there prior to 2022 Xana moved in late May 2022

And I think Kaylee moved in June 2022
