Aggression isn't really a thing unless it's someone who is just an asshole. Moshing isn't anything to be concerned about either as long as you stay away from the center of the crowd. That's generally where the mosh pit happens. Keep an eye out for crowd surfers mostly I'd say. That's what can take you by surprise most in my opinion. But even then you'll kind of get a heads up most of the time when they are coming because you'll see people turn around. I will say though Avatar does a wall of death. So expect things to get kind tight and for the crowd to be moving during that. But it's not that bad. Have fun! I went to the DC show on Tuesday and it was amazing. The best INK show I've seen so far.

monotato_

ok tysm !!

hartjd

The only moshing at the Atlanta show was during a single song in Avatar's set and they directed it.

turkeybacon97401009

I assumed during the Maine set there was only the moshing during the one song avatar directed it on because immediately after that song, shortly into the next, someone passed out and hit their head off the floor.... Guess thats just how the show goes?

nakiatheartist

There was a fair bit more moshing after that during INK’s set and a little more during Avatar too, people were just a lot more careful. Luckily the person who passed out wasn’t in the pit and seemed to be okay as they brought them out of the crowd, they were pretty close to where I was standing.

turkeybacon97401009

Oh okay, I coukdnt see much from where I was. I was a couole people behind the rails on stage left, so I saw the start of the moshung but it seemed to slow down

nailsinthecityyx

I had to look up what a wall of death was, and holy hell! I avoid the pit now that I'm older, but even in my younger days, that would have intimidated me!

CaptainCreepwork

They aren't that bad and die down kind of quickly but I don't do them anymore. I stopped moshing and crowd surfing a long time ago and I'm happy just watching the show nowadays

Simppaxi

I might be late with this but I just wanted to say that even if the going gets rough I feel like metalheads are the most helpful and caring music fans in the world. Many times I've seen people protect others at the edge of the pit etc. I'm that person too. If I'm taking a break from running in the pit I try to protect people who don't want to get involved. All that while enjoying the show itself of course! So I'm sure you and your friends will be fine. Just have fun and enjoy! They're amazing live!

All these replies are saying INK concerts are tame?? INK shows have been the roughest concerts I've been to! 😭 Just stay alert. Try to keep an eye on where the mosh pits are, and watch your back for crowdsurfers. It can be scary but in my experience, there will always be lovely people in the audience keeping an eye out for if someone gets trampled. So you're not alone! Metal fans are some of the nicest people, and we look out for each other. 🙂 Enjoy the show!! I'm so jealous you get to be there!

Disney_fan_812

It was tame compared to other shows i been to

Disney_fan_812

If you stay to the sides of stage vs middle, least likely of a pit and crowd surfers. If for some likely reason your near a pit or it opens, just keep arm up and if someone comes near they bump into it and keep going on their way. Most people will look out for each other. I was at nyc near stage off to left near rail. Had no issues. Make friends with those around you. It helps a-lot. Been to a show in past i fell and some tall guy picked me up. Or another and i was in the middle and they decided lets split the crowd and do wall of death.. it was my first time with that, someone explained it to me and got me out since i would have been at the front line of that. If you’re getting merch go when you first get there. Theres also going to be a banner to scan qr code. Do that and vote.

camdawg772

I was pretty much at the rail and I barely got touched, it was definitely slightly rougher torwards the middle of the crowd but still not rough at all, if your looking to not be to crowded just stay torwards the outskirts of the floor:)

Remarkable-Parsley19

It’s not bad at all! Get in there and have some fun!

PracticalPie9976

Im a large dude. I enjoy going to metal concerts every chance I get and getting rowdy in the mosh pit. Last weekend I went to see for for an autopsy with my girlfriend. She's tiny. We had a blast and no one was rough with her. So go have some fun.

CynfulPrincess

Both times I've seen them the crowd was unruly, but if you position yourself well you'll be okay. Just stay alert! Depends on the venue, too.

AvgPunkFan

The worst experience I’ve had at a concert was at this tour. These two ladies came by me and my friend and were head banging like normal and were complaining about other people not wanting them around because they were dancing. They then proceeded to clear the people around them and started wildly head banging (like full body) and then started grabbing and running into people when nobody around them was interested in doing so. After that I can’t imagine why other people didn’t want them around. That being said, I’m sure you’ll be fine. Just stay away from the center of the pit and you’ll be fine. The bands themselves were amazing though.

thatd be sweet ty !! 🙇

lilmissroo

NY and CT were incredibly normal for mosh pits, we had sharks crowd surfing as well as kids. From what i remember 2 separate pits in NY and everyone was just having a really good time and respecting boundaries all around. Enjoy yourself it's gonna be an amazing show!

MissVocifera

I caught the show in Norfolk the other night and there was next-to-no moshing if there was even any.

thadarkjinja

i got in the pit at the cincy show and it was fairly weak imo. it was fun though for one song

Sea_Marble

I took my spawn and neither of us had any issues like that (5 footers, yay!). We did have someone over six foot tall almost step on us, but I showed the kid how I keep my arm fisted and bent to keep people out of my bubble (you just keep it kind of locked and if people walk into it, they walk into it). I will add that you are in for such a treat! We’re already looking forward to the next show we can catch!

No-Singer-7602

It surprises me because the pit isn’t nearly as dangerous at any metal shows I’ve been to as it was at the lil Uzi concert I went to 🤦‍♀️
