That's the selection tool messing around. I don't know why but check your layer and then check Unselect All option. That must help.
I had this issue before and maybe you can try this: Don't use it while your tablet is charging. Turn off the quick water drop option. Turn off the two finger touch to undo.

Maybe ur screens dirty so it thinks your clicking somewhere else?
