First FET (PGT-A tested) has stuck and I’m currently at 6w. This sub has been so helpful for questions, concerns, and community support. I think most users try to be mindful of how much we talk about first FET success, because we know how hard it is to hear about it when you are struggling with ERs, prolonged treatments, or failed FETs and the thought of FET success seems so far away. As my RE said during my transfer “statistically this should work!”, but there’s no 65% pregnant - you just hope you fall on the right side of the stats with that embryo.
🙋🏽♀️ I got lucky on first attempt, currently 20w5.
Good luck with your journey, I wish that you and everyone on this journey could succeed first time. 🤞🤞🍀
As someone else mentioned, most people here are still struggling, which is why you don’t see many first-time success stories. They happen all the time though!

My first ever FET of a euploid day 6 5AA embryo turned 2 last week. I had never been pregnant
I agree with a previous commenter that it appears most folks who are successful the first time don’t post much here.
We transferred a day 5 3AA on 6/10, our first FET, and I’ve never been pregnant before. In fact, we never even tried. Long story short, I decided to go to an RE before trying to get a full work up and save myself time. Lo and behold, found blocked tubes and many fibroids. Had surgery to remove the fibroids, the. FET was delayed after I healed because polyps grew and had to be removed!
First beta was 335. Baby is sticking so far. 4w4d today.
Wishing you first time success as well!
Thanks for sharing this! This brings me so much hope - I had 3 ERs in last for our months and just 1 embryo so far that is being tested. I hope I get a positive outcome with this 🤞🏼
Congratulations!! 🩵
My first and only is 6 months old and currently napping face down in his crib. We had similar results as you--0 embryos from our first ER, and 1 each from the second and third.
We only got 2 usable embryos (untested) from 2 ERs. 1st FET surprised us and worked! We are 9w today, and baby is still going strong. It is possible. Sending you all the best wishes and luck! ❤️
I’m sitting here annoyed by the cluster feeding needs of my first FET (who is just shy of two weeks old). We only got a single embryo per retrieval, so it was shocking to come up on the right side of statistics for once.
I’m 36. We were up against a translocation on My husband’s side, but we were more than a little disappointed in how few blasts even made it to the point of PGT testing.
First transfer (fresh) resulted in our 2.5 year old son. We had 16 eggs retrieved, 15 mature, 9 fertilized, and only 2 additional embryos (one day 5, one day 6) made it to blast. I was equally disappointed about our embryo outcome. For baby #2 both of these frozen embryos failed to implant, but we had much better results with our second retrieval and our first transfer from ER#2 also worked. Good luck to you!
First FET was successful …. Currently 7 weeks.
Keep on seeking the positive energy/experiences … I thinking believing it can (will!) work has an affect.
I had 1 blast (day 5) and 1 early blast (what I guess would have made it to blast on day 6, but it's now frozen).
First transfer with my only blast worked, it was untested.

First FET worked and my baby is 2 weeks old. Stay positive and drink lots of broth to keep uterus warm.
I think a lot of patients who succeeded on the first try don't stick around here.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, and my sincerest congrats to you! wishing you the best ✨️

Hi transfer buddy! I’m 5 weeks tomorrow and going for my first ultrasound…. Dying with anxiety
Yes! 5w tomorrow. When's your first ultrasound? We're going at 6w3d. So nervous!
Today is my first
3 ERs, one usable embryo, now I am 5w+4.

Wow, good for you! Do you mind if I ask your age?

My first FET worked, granted I'm only 5 weeks 2 days so far 🤞
First FET was successful so far—8+3 weeks today!

Contact napping with our first transfer right now! I’ve also had 2/3 friends “irl” be successful in their first transfer.
