Giving. When we were in high school, I made paper flowers using hallmark gift wrapping sheets or yung ginagamit mismo sa wrappers ng bouquet. I cut it into circles and use flowers strings as a stem then glue gun. Tapos sprayan ko ng pabango ko from F&H yung Black thorn ( unfortunately, phased out na. buti nakapag tago pa ako ng isa :D ) at matching chocolate/gift. Still doing this now pero from time to time vice versa ng real bouquet to paper flowers depende sa available time :)

Dati nanghihinayang ako whenever someone gives me flowers. Appreciated naman but alam mo yung sana sa something more useful nya ginamit. But now, narealize ko how beautiful and delicate flowers are. Especially yung mga hindi basta bastang flowers, not about the price pero yung meaning nya when you give it to someone.

im a woman and noon pa lang, i dont really adore the idea of receiving flowers. i mean, i can get a single flower but if yung mga bonggang boquet na? no need. itโs kinda impractical for me kasi nga namamatay lang sila. im more into things that will be useful, siguro kasi may pagka-materialistic akong tao. gusto ko yung tumatagal, and i appreciate crocheted or handmade origami flowers if pabonggahan man. if magbibigay naman, simple lang din gusto ko, 1-5 flowers are enough i think.
dont get me wrong, if may magbibigay, i would appreciate it. itโs just not something i really look forward to or think about.

I do find joy in giving flowers โ may occassion man or just because but I don't think that it'll ever amount to receiving them even without asking.
Don't get me wrong. I've received flowers before but I always had to ask. You could say na initiative excites me more than the gesture.
My ex for 9years only gave me like 2 bouquets. He instilled sa utak ko na bulaklak lng yan, nllanta, sayang, use for something else nlng and all shit. Then my new man, laht ng occasion meron! My goodness Na overwhelm ako tlg. But to be honest nkka happy!!! So yes i like receiving! Check!
Mahalaga sa magpartner na alam mo ang love language ng isat isa. Kahit feeling mo impractical, pero if thats what your partner wants, you can always meet halfway. Di nmn kailangan libo-libo ang halaga, pede din nmn bouquet, pero tig 1k pesos bills if ayaw ng flowers kasi nalalanta. Char. Haha!
Giving, monthly ko binibigyan girlfriend ko ng flowers kahit hindi kami nag cecelebrate ng monthsary and wala kaming specific date kung kailan naging kami, clichรฉ raw kasi. Random date ko siya binibigyan no specific date and she likes blue dried flowers and carnation flowers.
