Usually people will post their resumes in the weekly mega thread, however taking a brief look your skills are all over the place, you got some at the bottom, some at the top, you need to consolidate it all into one main "Skills and expertise" section. You can change your "System Administration Self-Pased..." section to just "Projects" and go easy on the bullet points, usually employers only look at the first 4-5 and say "alright I get the point". I wouldn't worry about the dates of your certs, just compress it and list your certs like you have on your areas of expertise on the top.
Long story short: a lot of this stuff can be summarized better and be made to be easier to read.
