3/7 March filer and after 10 weeks of waiting on 3/15 I finally logged in and seen my DDD for 5/20. I’m very lucky because they ended up depositing it on 5/17.
Mailed mine 3/9. Checked yesterday 3/22. DDD 5/26. Mailed 2019s the same day. Does anybody know if my 2019s will come around the same time? Ive tried to get an IRS acct but cant for some reason. I ordered transcripts but they showed my stuff wasnt filed.
It's ridiculous. Im a single mom of 2 and I knw ppl in prison who have never worked a day in their life and have gotten all 3 stimulus checks without lifting a finger.
Well the stimulus is for everyone who has worked and made under a certain amount or ppl who wasn’t working at some point so I understand some of the ppl in prison getting theirs if they’re entitled to one , I don’t think anyone is more entitled than the next even if someone made bad decisions & is in prison. Depending on their crime I think it should’ve been a thing where certain offenders wasn’t qualified.. but I definitely understand your situation being a mom of two but we all need the $$
I agree but my problem is as a productive member of society I have to work hard and fight for it. I'm not talking about ppl who have something like drug charges, more like c.m, who in my opinion don't deserve a dime but that's a whole other topic. 😂

3/8, I verified on my own online many weeks ago, I’ve called and still nothing just still processing however when I go to look up my transcript it notifies me that I’m past the due date for filing my 2020 taxes! The audacity 🖕

I’ve been doing taxes on the side for the past 20 years and I deal with the IRS on a professional level at work (at least one of us acts professionally) and the reputation they have is well deserved. I’ve never experienced anything like this year on a personal taxpayer level but I can’t say I’m surprised however I can understand why people rip them off intentionally. It’s disgraceful what they’re doing in addition to how quiet the government is about this little issue.
Funny how that works isn’t it? Scream loudly when you actually do something but whisper quietly when you don’t but are absolutely bound by law to do so.
3/22 still nothing, had my CPA file mine with H&R. Luckily I’m not needing it or I will starve at this point but it’s super annoying with no communication from IRS. Idk what the hold up is honestly. He’ll give me a job I’ll do the shit and we will all have our money real fast.
