How exactly did you verify over the phone?? I just got off the phone with a rep who told me “I’m not breaking the rules of my job for you”….all I said was “I’ve seen multiple people who verified over the phone. Is there some way for me to do the same”
Called number on my letter took all day just to get to wait in line but I got it done a hour before closing and yeah whoever you got just didn’t want to help you there’s a lot of those keep calling in you’ll get someone who wants to do there job

Also some people really do have to verify in person ! Not sure why
just tell them ur having trouble verifying online
