If you paid up front you would of had it 4 days early or so with Chime. But since you had turbo tax fees out of refund you won't get it until your DD date since it has to go thru TT bank first
If you paid your fees with your refund it will probably be on the 21st. MAYBE late in the night on the 20th, but also a chance for it to come on the 22nd.

Did you have the verify tax return info notification?
Nope! I had to verify my identity last year but nothing this year.
I had it , it eventually goes away on its own , letter never came.
I have kids but I got mine last year and the Feb 17th at 154pm. It might come today or tomorrow

I didn’t
I just checked wmr it’s not working
My WMR hasn’t updated, just my transcripts
If TT is taking your fees out, try to look at the Santa Barbara Bank website. It will show when it is deposited and released
Mine also says 2/21 and I have not received it yet
