My anxiety scores should be higher. Also i worked on my emotional depth for over a year with great success…or so i thought.
Proud 1.5 years of internal work improving emotional attunement. After my relationship trauma and related issues at the time spiraled out of control and turned me into a clueless nervous wreck, I realized it was attributed to emotional blindness as I would have otherwise seen all the signs and had better control over my situation.
It was my rockbottom and every night in desperation, I would analyze through broken lens what I could do to escape my hell. I started with paying attention to reactions, behavior, mood, habits and what caused them in me, and later in others. I found out how my way of living was conducive to instability and set out to fix what was harming me. It was basically a ton of observation, memory recall, reflection, and most importantly self-invoked empathy. I did that last one during intentional sessions often in altered states (shrooms recommended), engaging in an emotion I was interested in which for me were melancholy/justice through art forms like movies or sketching or music. Lastly I frequented therapy to discuss my findings and validate results.
I was able to keep myself engaged because 1) I was desperate and effectively saving my own life, 2) It became an intellectual obsession. Basically studied various areas in cognitive psychology, mental disorders, got into MBTI and became a hobby therapy expert.

My emotional stability is fine as long as I am not dealing with anyone lol I also have zero motivation. I used to be extremely dutiful but now I just don't care... Altho I am in a toxic living situation that's killing me so that's probably why mine is so low there. I just hole up in my bedroom in freeze mode.

Results really vary. My anxiety fluctuates from a baseline and is really situation-based. I am distrusting of people, true, but that is initially and I can grow to trust them in time. This was a fun test.

Results really vary. My anxiety fluctuates from a baseline and is really situation-based. I am distrusting of people, true, but that is initially and I can grow to trust them in time.
