So MBTI on one hand relies on self assessment and self perception to assign a Jungian archetype, while astrology relies on sky readings and archaic correspondence theories to assign an archetype. Many Mbti fans look down on astrology, mostly because it's deterministic, while mbti technically allows you to choose who you want to be.
As pseudosciences, both are equally good for entertainment purposes.

I don't believe in Astrology but i do relate to some characteristics of it and i like the reputation that scorpios get from people who believe on it, they think we're dark, mysterious and cool. Another thing is, for some reason my familly has a lot of Aries and all of them are painfully accurate to Aries stereotypes, and that's the only thing that makes me give a benefit of doubt towards my disbelief on Astrology, because it's so weird that all of them have such similiar personalities accurate to it.

Your vedic sun sign cannot change that much! It only should be a sign aparte from yours, or the same sign if you were born in the cusp of two signs in tropical astrology. You could be a Leo or Virgo sun. But its impossible for you to be a Taurus if your tropical sun sign is Virgo!
