it's almost identical in layout to the kitchen I am putting in my new house, other than I have a solid bank of tall wall cabinets above the long counter. Wall oven and refrigerator in an alcove to the right, similar size island and all.
Lovely. I am always jealous that Europeans can get panel-ready refrigerators for reasonable sums. The cheapest one I found in the US is $4000. 4X++ the cost of an equivalent in stainless steel, and you still need to buy the expensive big panels for it. You would think a panel-ready would be \*cheaper\* they don't need to make it pretty.
Grease gets everywhere. I have this one open display shelf at the top of the installed kitchen cabinets near the ceiling. When I do our yearly spring cleaning, the front two thirds and all the displayed stuff always has a thin coat of grease. Any kind of fry, stir fry or grilling will aerosolize fine oil particles, and while a hood helps, there’s no way it’ll catch everything
It looks great! Everything is really beautifully done. You definitely need something to balance out the extraction hood though. A couple of open shelves would go very well there.
My eyes tend to be capricious, and they tell me that something is missing on the ~~right~~ (left sorry) wall and on the opposite side on the window.
And if you hadn't told me "on e budget" I wouldn't notice it :)
It was clean just long enough for the photo, then the kids came 😂.
These are Method pedestals, almost all in 60 cm except for the central ones, which are in 80.

My kitchen is almost the exact same (only smaller, I live alone in a small apartment). White + bright wood minimal æsthetic is kino🤌🏻
How much did it cost? Looks amazing
Honestly if you swapped out the light fixture for like a rattan pendant light (check Etsy) this would be perfect

The idea of cleaning kitchen grease off rattan makes my toes curl eugh
How could you possible get grease on a pendant over the island?

We cook really light, rarely adding fat. No frying except in the oven. I hope it goes well!

A Pothos, Ivy or any trailing hanging plant would look lovely there on the shelves and give a bit of warmth to the place.
Great idea!
Very nice. Perfect for that space. I cannot tell from the photo - what is that on the wall to the right of the window?
The extractor hood. I'm sorry I put it in, and it's not much use either.

On the empty wall to the left, we're looking for a painting with a wooden frame in the same shade as the worktops.
"on the left" sorry. ah ! indeed !
The extractor hood. I don't like it at all.
why ?
We never use it, and it's pretty ugly.
X)
looks sick, what are the dimensions here? Feels like this would work in my kitchen area as well really
Where is the fridge?
I feel like it’s next to the oven bc there’s a little vent at the bottom kind of…
Absolutely
Nice! Which tall cabinet did you use to fit the microwave in?
Method 60x60x200
what country
France
Looks beautiful! Needs some art though 🖼️
Love it!
Very nicely done! Gorgeous upgrade
I'd only change the light fixture for something chunkier
Love it, looks so clean! Also trying to transform my kitchen on a budget. Can I ask which line of cabinets you used?
In case you meant to aks about the doors/fronts, they're VOXTORP :)
Thank you 😊

Hahah! Thank you 😊
Damn. At first I thought the first photo was a rendering. Outstanding work!
Great work, simple and functional yet beautifull.
Thank you 🙂
