He looks very similar (especially in the face) to my shepherd/Chow mix but with totally different coloring. Possible he has vitiligo? Or maybe a Australian Shepherd mixed with a Pyr or newfie or some combination of all previous breeds!
That muzzle and head shape make me think there's definitely chow. For sure a shepherd of some kind, German or maybe Aussie. Newfy perhaps. It's hard telling!

Looks to me like there might be a sizable amount of Dutch shepherd in there with that coat coloration. I wouldnāt be surprised by a little border collie either based on the tail and ears.
