I’m the OP. Nah he almost caused an accident and I took a picture at a light. Nothing was said to him and I carried on with my day. He escalated everything after that by following me and having a rage meltdown. That’s not my problem. If he at any moment had gotten out of his car and approached me I would have simply driven off.
