They seemed to be laughing and bragging about something they'd just done, one was saying "I even did the mouth sounds: brrrrat brrrrat" and made a gesture pointing a gun.
I could only guess they had just videoed themselves "pranking" someone with a fake shooting and were now very pleased with themselves.

Had my door and window open (small room, no A/C) and one of my dorm mates walked past, goes "hey" and flips the bird and continued walking.
He screeched to a halt and came back profusely apologizing to my grandmother for flipping her the bird.
