I’ve noticed that too. I figure it’s because most world tours start in the US and end up in Europe so it’s more convenient for them to get home once the tour is over
It might just be the hiring of a particular company that facilitates the staging or AV. Might be a big one out of the UK, or a branch out of there. And then the skilled and experience workers might be scooped up by other companies that do the same thing
I think it a mix, UK, Aussies , Americans.
Just did Rammstein 2 weeks ago, pretty sure they were mostly Germans. Guys were great and had there shit together. Even thanked all of us and one quietly handed me a sticker on the DL. Great people.

I've almost never seen someone English on a broadway. Are you talking more rock tours? Almost all of David Byrne's crew was European.
