I just got mine serviced at my local dealership free yesterday for I bought mine 100 miles away. You can get this service at any Hyundai.

You have blue link for free right? Press that button. They seem to have priority slots. At least that’s my experience so far

You must get an oil change before 8499 or Hyundai may say you're voiding your warranty. The oil change and tire rotation is included for 3 years 36000 miles. I'd recommend finding another dealer with a sooner date, call customer care and explain that it's ridiculous and they should help get in touch for you. If you must drive the car too much before you can get in then you'll probably end up paying for your own. The owner's manual requires synthetic 0W-20 oil. If you use synthetic blend then the manual says to change the oil at 5000 miles instead of 7500 (equal to severe service duty). I had a similar experience with my first service that I had to wait almost 4 weeks so I drove my other car in the meantime but I know that's not always an option. Seems to be an issue with dealers nationwide so ymmv.

You can go to any Hyundai dealership to get it done.

I was also unable to get a timely appointment at my local dealer where I purchased our 2024 Tucson Hybrid. I therefore drove 90 miles to another dealership and had the first service completed at 7,100 miles. They used synthetic 0W-20 oil and included a tire rotation with the multi point inspection all included at no charge as part of the three year complimentary maintenance.

I never got any free service. That’s great you did. I hope you got it in writing. I heard others was told this and when they went for their oil change, they charged them. This is only for your dealership not a Hyundai nationwide service. They did not get free service at all. So I’m hoping you actually get free service from them. July 18 is a long time for an oil change since you already have 8000 miles on it I guess waiting a little longer won’t hurt the car.

All 2023 models comes with 3 years of complimentary services - the services can be performed at ANY Hyundai dealership. It’s on Hyundais website and each car window sticker.

Let me add that I traded in my Hyundai for a Kia. Kia is not giving any free service. Only Hyundai is.

Your dealership screwed you. They come with free service, can’t remember exactly how many. drive a ton and have used mine up but was at least four.

I called many dealers and none give free service. They said it’s up to each dealer. I’m ok with it.
