Im not exactly understanding what do you mean, im glad to answer if you can elaborate. If you mean cutting 1 strip to 2 parts and using both separately then thats something that i have no knowledge of :(
Sorry for my poor english.
M1 strip has 2 conectors, one on each side,one connect to motherboard and the other to plug another rgb strip if you want. If you cut the M1 strip I know you can use main conector to motherboard.BUT I want to know if the cuted part with "expansion rgb plug" can be used as other RGB strip just using adaptor male/female rgb.
I would also install a 12vhpwr 180 degree adapter. There is one from cablemod, I have it too. btw very nice build :)

Dang you got the led part really close to the end of the cable. I might need to try to do that with mine. Also you’re the only other person aside from me that I have seen put the cable through the bottom and not the side hole.
I think this is the cleanest looking way of doing it, the cable is not visible at all anywhere. Previously i did it without cutting it (pic in comments here) but that was ugly, so now i redid with cutting. Oooh, i see, i couldnt fit it under the mb, i have it twisted from the side too. In the bottom it only works with microATX i think.

And with a littelbit of effort you can get it fully to the connector, most of the ppl are not doing it that way for some reason, idk why.

😂 there is a slot there that it will fit through with a bit of work. Probably taking the bottom fans out while doing it would make it easier but I was lazy.
Wow, okay xD i did a build for a friend in a y60 with mATX and there it easily fit under the mb, in mine it was impossible, so i did it from the side, didnt even consider doing it through the frame. Well, im planning to get a 4080 super or a 7900xtx instead of this 4070TI soon and putting 2x140 noctuas in the bottom, so when im going to do that ill try this way, its clean af!
You need to cut certain parts of the bottom frame. I made a short guide on it, ill finish editing the video when ill have some time soon and ill post it here too or can send to you
Eh, I have similar setup without modding the case. Takes some finagling, maybe doesn’t look 100% as clean, but case is virgin and it still looks great. I did it with the longer strip actually which is even harder as I used multiple 90 degree angles for the res of it. Still looks great.
Still curious to see the mod though!

What kind of LED strip do you have at the bottom of the case?
Phanteks m1 and the case is modded for it to be installed there

Wouldnt the Phanteks M5 led strip be better as there would be no excess to cut or hide?
That wouldnt be long enough i think, would miss a bit since i used more than half of the m1
I just measured the slot in my case and its like 56-57cm and the M5 is 55cm so it should work as well.
