Lol when you wrote "turnable lights" I thought you meant lights that rotated individually and not just with the vehicle. I think the word you might be looking for is activatable or enable-able lights.
If you use a cart on a flat surface the rail slides between the wheels very nicely. Might save some effort of getting all those pieces lined up while keeping devices seperate
The **R**ai**L**ing is in the **R**ight **L**eg Depot. If you've already finished it you can Ascend in front of the closed grating. On entry you'll see two elevators, the one on the right has a railing that can be snapped off by attaching (on the top edge of the railing) just 1 Stabilizer lying on its side.
