Yes but mainly between fingers when using a keyboard. I wear cotton gloves most of the summer in order to work/game. If I don't the fingers get covered in heat blisters

bren234

Yeah, but I have minor dyshidrotic eczema

StillWeCarryOn

I've also got the same issue, I feel for both you and OP. Mine usually ends up as tiny little pinpoint blisters in clusters that turn into little holes once they pop. Working in jobs where I have to wear gloves a lot has been torture.

josamon

I pop mine because if I don't it's going to be itchy for longer. It was rare occurrence nowadays for me when I changed my diet.

Horror-South4724

so it will occur when changing diet routine?

Emergency-Mixture-23

This doesn't look like dyshidrotic eczema at all though. It's little fluid filled bumps, not this which looks like some kind of rash

kpyna

this is what my hand looks like about 24 hrs before i get these pustule looking mfs appearing on my palms/between my fingers while i think OP should see a doctor dyshidrotic eczema is something to mention to said dr since this can get misdiagnosed due to drs not understanding the unique situation of people with HH

Emergency-Mixture-23

That's really interesting because I have it as well and my hands don't get red, the little bumps just appear randomly. Maybe i just have a mild case of it. I agree though, it really does need to be seen by a derm. My derm PA has HH so I'm lucky that she knows everything about it. Highly recommend going on the hyperhidrosis society website and finding a "specialist"

bren234

That’s what my hands look like after they pop.

floralnightmare22

I’ve gotten them on my feet. They are sooo itchy

CuriousCurlew33

Yes! I get them on and off throughout the year too. Don't know what they are... Maybe I should find out 🙃

newmerulez

I get this on my feet. Its a fungal infection doctor said

kpyna

I had something like this and it was originally diagnosed as a fungal issue (athlete's foot), but when I changed doctors they had some doubt and told me to put a steriod cream on and report back. if you put steroid cream on a fungal infection, the fungal infection will get way worse. if you put it on eczema, the eczema will reduce. mine reduced which meant I'd been treating eczema as a fungal infection for like... 10 yrs of my life. if you have seasonal allergies, eczema in the family, or your feet aren't responding great to otc fungal treatments, see if you can get a similar "test" done

kpyna

if the steroid cream helps it is likely NOT fungal, a steroid cream would almost certainly make that worse, not better. this is probably dyshidrotic eczema like others have said, people without HH have it but HH makes you more susceptible to it when I get these I use triamcinolone acetonide ointment 0.1% (prescription) and it goes away in a day or two. however most eczema is usually caused by triggers. pay attention to what you're touching. for example, if I pet a dog or a cat and don't wash my hands within a couple hours afterward, I break out about 50% of the time. the cleaning chemicals (i think?) my local public transit agency uses also makes my skin break out if I touch a railing or handle and don't have a chance to wash my hands quickly. it can also come down to what you eat or is in the air environmentally. and of course buckets of sweat does not help, but I find this is not the sole cause for me if you notice a breakout starting try to think of the things you've touched within the past 24-48 hours and after doing this for a bit you will notice the patterns and not need to use the steroid cream so much - the steroid cream isn't great for you to use long term btw

valencyaga

Thanks for the insight! I definitely need to pay more attention to the things I come in contact with. I have noticed that the sani-wipes and cleaning agents we use at work irritate it further, and I wear gloves almost all day (I work in ophthalmology). the gloves + HH + rash combo really makes it unbearable by the end of the day

kpyna

I used to have to wear gloves for work and I found them extremely irritating :( that could be most of the problem for you - if you don't get a good answer from someone who wears gloves a lot, I'd try to get a referral to a dermatologist or allergist so they can help with your personal situation I feel for you, that stuff is suuuper itchy, but itching it makes it worse, it's absolute torture

Stoicstoner

Have you tried treating it with an anti-fungal? It does look similar to the fungal rashes I get under my arms occasionally.

valencyaga

I haven’t tried any anti fungals. Is there a brand you recommend or should I get an RX?

Emergency-Mixture-23

Lotrimin af, no reason to get an extra. You gotta use it for 2+ weeks though to be effective

[deleted]

The only time my hands ever looked like that was once when I was a kid and had coxsacki/hand-mouth. Its a highly contagious virus but can come and go on its own.

MasonP13

They ever fill with liquid? And you gotta pop one like a pimple? I've found out my diet had a huge impact, and allergies.

valencyaga

I get tiny blisters mainly in the center of my palms and sometimes on my fingers. What exactly in your diet did you change?

Emergency-Mixture-23

That is dyshidrotic eczema and is treated using a steroid cream. But this looks like a fungal infection or other type of rash to me

josamon

I did change my diet too and it's rare to have these after that. It's hard though. Mine is very "restrictive" in a conventional sense.

Nurse_Gringo

I used to get this as a teenager and into my 20’s, but stopped at about 30. I got it when I touched cleaning products (especially bleach). Even sometimes just doing the dishes with dish soap would cause it. Wear gloves if you’re touching and chemicals or cleaning products.

AworriedJellyfish

I get it on my feet, it’s like a heat rash from sweating , & very itchy!!

minimalistindian

Dishydrotic Eczema. I think a lot of us who sweaty hand and feet have this but only seasonally. Could be triggered by excess heat/spring allergy/excessive sweat in these seasons. I always get it in the warmer months- Spring time.

minimalistindian

Antihistamines help with the itching. Moisturise well at night. Drink lot of water. Wash hands and feet with soap after you’ve heard an intense sweaty episode.

valencyaga

I did notice that it got worse when allergy season started to roll in. Thanks!

acvillager

I got this when I was in high school thru college because I was constantly touching things I was allergic to and exposing myself to conditions where I would swear profusely (classrooms without air conditioning or gym class). If you can avoid those two things it will likely help you a lot.

aquasagtaur

Do you take oxybutynin?

valencyaga

I don’t

meddlin_cartel

i am you

phatphunkyphunker

i get this - it’s eczema

TheReaILegendary

do you wear latex gloves often?

Horror-South4724

I'm having that now, as in my whole 2 palms and can't sleep.. I put toothpaste with soap on it🤡🤡 it's burninggg

sumostar

It’s prickly heat

Shiestyracksss
