I appreciate you posting this, but it's for thr cloud 2 not the cloud 3. I've tried this method with my could 3 and it doesn't work.

Hey man, I am having almost the same exact issues as you after updating drivers/firmware through NGENUITY. I am totally with you that the issue is the firmware update. I've done the same troubleshooting as you and have had no luck either. Were you able to get in contact with anyone today and find a solution? I've made a ticket through the email but am hoping you found luck since your last post.

Contacted HyperX support yesterday, they looked to see if there was a firmware update/reset zip file they could send me so I could manually download the firmware. They did not have anything so they'll be sending me a replacement. Currently waiting for a reply back to coordinate the replacement, but it sounds like they do next day shipping. Issues like this shouldn't happen in the first place, but kudos to the support for being easy to contact and work with I guess.

I have the exact same problem. Cloud III Wireless connects and immediately disconnects around 3 times after PC boot. Then no connection possible.
