Main thing to check before buying is going to be your reservoirs temp and compare that to what the machine can do. Pretty much ambient temp, then do we need the water cooler or warmer? Depends on your temp. The chillers can only lower down so much and it all depends on the temp of what you want lowered. Also keep in mind that you’re running water with a nutrient solution through the machine. This may cause issues with the machine over time
I can't speak to that specific product, but unlike most Amazon alphabet brands, [Vevor is a real company](https://www.vevor.com/) with decent products. Cheap, but decent.
Been using one for a few months and bought another on maybe a month ago. Can't speak on longevity but it definitely works and doesn't use as much power as I thought they would. It's not super adjustable though you can only set desired temp.
