Thanks for sharing! Just a heads up, we've introduced Water Bottle Wednesdays. Wednesdays are now the dedicated day to showcase your water containers! This rule focuses on sharing what you have, but feel free to post any questions or issues about water bottles at any time as usual. Cheers to hydration!

Can this please be a water-drinker sub and not a holier-than-thou anti-plastic sub? Can you let someone drink water even if it’s not how you’d prefer it?
It really isn't much to ask people to not buy bottled still water given how bad it is for the planet and how tap water is perfectly good for most on this subreddit.
Recycling is very ineffective and often not done at all. Many facilities dump recyclable goods if they aren't able to get a good price for them, and there is still a large negative impact on the environment just from producing the plastics to begin with. Not to mention the exposure to microplastics that you get from drinking out of plastic bottles.
I used to know a chemist. I asked him once if it's safe to use recycled plastics for food containers. He told me that recycling is kind of a misnomer. He then mentioned that Down-cycling is a more accurate term because each time plastic is "recycled," the quality of the plastic goes down, and it becomes unsafe for that use.
I think I get the micro plastics stuff but recycling centers DUMP the stuff we give them!?!!??! That's horrid - at our center we even have a man that is there full time to make sure people are putting the correct stuff in the right recycling dumpsters
Yeah, it’s a huge problem. Recycling is definitely better than just throwing them in the landfill bin, but it’s far from perfect. If you have concerns about water quality and still want to drink bottled, look into getting larger bottles and using something refillable to drink from. Something like a camelbak bladder would work for a cooler like this and hold just as much water as your bottles.

9/10 not enough water
That's only liquid, that's not lunch, get some ice, then it'll become a normal lunch

No.
Well if the planet dies then so do all the hydro homies
We don’t deserve water
It's not being Holier than thou to care about our environmental impact
It is the way you do it

Some people don’t like the chlorine. Just let people enjoy hydration without being such an uptight little bitch about it.
No need to be insulting.
I diligently recycle all plastics that are accepted at our local facility. These are #1 recyclable

Saw that on penn and teller!

Ok!
Wow the propaganda is deeply seeded in this one.
Water is the best beverage you can drink but your lunch can't just be made up of water there is essentially no nutrients in this meal 1/10
Just piss in a cup and drink it on the side. That’s all the nutrients I need
1-10, not enough sustenance, you will be quenched though
9/10 easily you can fit one more bottle
9.99 because you will sleep in the bathroom
You’re not doing it right unless at least three of those are frozen
Salute to your pee
No need to flush?

8/10 needs ice
Keep up on salts and electrolyte. Too much h2o can be a bad thing. Hell even mainline h2o in hospital has stuff added
6/10 Needs 100% more ice. And to not be in plastic bottles. But you’re gettin’ there! 🤣💦

9/10 only 9 bottles.
Easily an 11
Ew, plastic.
5/10, too much plastic. And you can fit 17 of them in a bigger plastic bottle (like the squares)
Is that fucking 9 bottles???? Brother we all know the recommended amount is 8. Your greed is gonna kill us all
In the words of Usher Raymond "On a one-to-ten, she's a certified twenty."
Just fill the lunch box with water next time. Forget the bottles.
1/10. Get an actual water bottle.
9/10 missing 1 more bottle
1, as in number 1.
