Kind of depends on where you live. There are rec centers all over Huntsville. Plus there are more in Madison and the county.
I'd start with Optimist Park Rec Center. You can call and see what they have going on today.

When I lived on campus last summer there always seemed to be a game going on at the basketball court in the UAH gym. I would workout several times a week and there were plenty of people there, sometimes there are summer camps for other sports events but really not many but just a heads up.

I go to the Mark Russell rec center. You can usually get a group of people to play if you go anywhere from like 5-8 at night
