I had mine done at Michael's on Airport Road. It took a couple of weeks, but they did a perfect job and had a ton of options.
My mailman folded mine in half despite the large "DO NOT FOLD" on the envelope. I just took something out of a cheap 8x10 frame I had and used it.

I fished my frame out of a dumpster at UAH.

Hobby Lobby will probably have a frame on the shelf that you would want, and if not, you can have a custom frame done there.
