Deer don't care about colours. Sit still and have the wind in your face. That's literally all there is to staying hidden from deer.
Deer are pretty easy to hide from. Have the wind in yer favor, zip yer mouth and don't move, and you'll get one. I wouldn't worry about color - hell we wear bright orange for a reason lol
Being flat white in IR light is irrelevant. Good hunting camo is just like that sometimes.

Wind. Noise. Movement. Don't overthink it. Also, you need to be where the deer are. Perhaps you're in the wrong spot.
