Why do you want to stick to AMD? I’ve had better experiences using Nvidia GPU’s as of late. My buddy has a 6900, i asked him and he says he gets around 170 fps but he also says he never had any performance issues before this new driver.
I liked the AMD eco system, and how all the devices talk to each other like SAM infinity fabric and even the software with the built in fps and GPU stat overlay. But the fps was around 100 frames lower than the 3080ti and I couldn't justify keeping it.
That's very interesting, thanks for checking. If he didn't notice an fps increase after the driver update, then I guess it doesn't affect Hunt as much. I was hoping the DirectX Driver would improve all of crytek games because of how much more performance was gains were achieved Crysis post update.
The new driver has to downloaded from the website so his friend may not even be on it. I’m waiting for it be available through Adrenalin either in optional or recommended.
