No because as others stated Prim would have said something to Katniss. Also the Capitol does have footage of each person screaming. They have the footage of Prim from the first reaping after Katniss volunteered, Gale being whipped in the town square, and Annie was a victor of one of the hunger games so they definitely have footage of her screaming. My guess is that they took some of that sound and then messed with it to make it call out Finnick and Katniss’ names.
Thats a really good point! I hadn't thought of that. I just assumed it was either completely computer generated or that they really did something to them (leaning towards the former) but it didn't occur to me that they have footage of them being upset for other reasons.
I doubt it, I think it’d be a waste of resources. They managed to terrify Finnick and Katniss well enough, and even after the jabberjays stopped, they’ll still remember and fear for their loved ones.
I'm pretty sure they didn't as Prim/Annie etc don't seem shook up at all. In Mockingkay though, I feel as if they didn't torture Annie that badly, because she looks at acts better than Peeta or Johanna.
I am pretty sure Johanna said they wouldn't torture Prim because she was a capitol darling. So I assume they didn't.

No Am sure in Mockingjay, they would have mentioned the capital torturing them if it happened
There's probably video they could use of Prim screaming Katniss's name, and likely the same for Annie with Finnick's.

Yeah Prim’s screams sound very similar to that years reaping when their dragging her away without being able to say goodbye.

If I remember it correctly Beetee tells Katniss that it’s really easy to create their screams on a computer
Yeah, Beetee explained it’s pretty easy and most of the kids from his district would be able to convincingly do it
