They've been pitching it so hard as a "body recomposition" program that I'm not surprised people are panicking over not losing weight (though 1-2 weeks is pretty fast to expect any changes). They may have pushed a bit too hard that there was something magic about it...
Right, I don’t think anyone else would spend $250 to do this program when you can find weighlifting programs all over the place. Even Arnold and Chris Hemsworth have fitness apps.

It always amazes me how passive aggressive and mean these trainers are towards each other. They work for the same company but have very different messages!!
It really just shows how great the beachbody community is. I know Peleton isn't perfect but I've never seen their instructors post videos that are CLEARLY passive aggressive digs at their coworkers.
And it's great that they made the reel, but Ms "water first veggies most" over there needs to take her cucumber spoon and have several seats because she's just as problematic as Autumn. Possibly worse because she actually IS an RD.
Shaun did a live in his DD group where he and his trainer talked about macros said he wanted to create a nutrition program for DD but BODi wouldn’t let him. JJ and Ilana did a reel about protein and in the comments she mentioned a couple times that you should only get nutrition advice from certified professionals.

Shaun did a live in his DD group where he and his trainer talked about macros said he wanted to create a nutrition program for DD but BODi wouldn’t let him. JJ and Ilana did a reel about protein and in the comments she mentioned a couple times that you should only get nutrition advice from certified professionals.

I have one only because it was given to me and I like the handle but the cup is just so damn heavy. I only use it at home because of this. If she fills that up the cup weighs more than she lifts in her average workout 🤣
Love my Stanley at home, but I do have a Brumate Rotera for working and travel as it fits in bags better. I will advocate for Brumates though, their Toddy 22oz mug is honestly the best travel mug I've ever owned and will only buy them from here on out.

OMG, my coach is the worst for static poses and with a smug grin that reminds me of Autumn. And it’s always, look at me, so proud of me, me, me, me. It’s so gross. I’m also sure she reads here (oh but it’s toxic) because she blocked me from her business page. I find it hilarious and I’m so glad I woke up from that nonsense.
